Short version - Waitress attempted to make things right, but to little to late for me. Coffee is bad here... Don't get it. Food came out cold. All of it. Long version - I came here to eat breakfast with the family. It wasn't very busy, they had a large section closed off, which was fine. As we entered it has a sign to seat ourselves, which we did. There was only one waiter on staff at the time, maybe 3-4 tables max. We had a longer than usual wait time to place our food order. I ordered a burrito, wife ordered a side of potatoes, and kiddo had a pancake and sausage as seen in the photos attached. My wife and I also ordered coffee and chocolate milk for our kid. There was limited seating unless you say in the bar (21+ required) The coffee tasted burnt and the wife couldn't drink hers. Eventually she got a new pot brewed but still didn't taste great. The potatoes were very bland and cold like it had been sitting for a while. My burrito was a decent size, but for $12+ I'd expect something else. My major issue though was all the food was cold. My eggs in the burrito felt cold. Not ice cold, but cold where they were made and sat in the open air for 5-10min without a heat lamp cold. My son's pancake wasn't fully cooked in the middle. It also felt cold like it had been sitting for a while to be brought to us. Ultimately I'm getting tired of local restaurants having these same issues. I understand labor shortages everywhere but if your making me pay $12-14 for a breakfast burrito don't serve it cold. The waitress could tell there were issues and gave me 50% off my meal, so I'll give a small kudos to her for that, yet the small good deed does not outweigh the terrible food... Will not be returning here.

We were excited to try out this restaurant the other night for an early Valentine's dinner. We came around 5:15 pm and it was a seat-yourself hour, with plenty of tables to choose from. Our booth had a nice view of the golf course and a fire pit to sit around outside if you choose. Our waitress seemed very distracted our entire time there. She was constantly rushing us through the menu, looking around while we were ordering, short answers to questions and standing/leaning like she needed to run off right now. It wasn't that busy but she seemed to be in a hurry and we felt rushed to order and answer her. We ordered the nachos and the onion petals for an appetizer. The nachos tasted pretty basic and plain. We had a ton leftover but weren't worth saving. The onion petals were good but we only had a small handful on the plate. For our meals we ordered the chicken fried steak and the New York choice cut. Both tasted amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly and was juicy and delicious. The veggie sides were ok- not much taste to them and again not worth saving. Overall the food was hit and miss, but I would be back just for the steak again!

My first time here, it was a relaxing atmosphere, and I enjoyed my time. I bought dinner for my family. I had the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and a cup of chowder and a side salad. My darling chose the burger dip with tots. My son had the flat iron steak entree. The chicken was crispy, though as a whole the sandwich seemed a bit dry (on Ciabatta). I like chicken to be stuffed rather than just cheese melted on top of some ham. But the flavors were good. The chowder was exceptional. My honey liked the jus, but the burger was skinny and overcooked (he thought way too dry), so lucky the jus was delicious, lol. My son's steak was beautifully cooked. He seemed to enjoy his meal. Forgot the picture of my sandwich and salad. The bartender was very nice and good at her job. The pull tab girl, I have to say, was not. She mostly ignored me, and the bartender was forced to do her job. It was frustrating. I'm so happy they had ginger ale for my favorite drinks. I would go back to try more things.

We came to Fire Creek for dinner, we have been here many times before. It was apparent the power just came on and the Blond haired manager Wendy in the bar (I later found out) announced with her back turned to the computer, it will be 10 minutes before we can take any food orders and that was absolutely fine with us we'd grab a drink and wait. Our waitress came (Cassie) over and took our drink order and promptly brought us our drinks, about 10 minutes later she came by again and asked if we were ready to order food and we said yes. We ordered a club and I ordered what I thought was a flatbread chicken bacon ranch (I found out later it wasn't). When our food came out Wendy brought it over and said chicken bacon ranch, I raised my hand said that's me ( it was a sandwich) and before she left i said I thought this was a flatbread then Wendy then tells me no we don't have that it's a sandwich and I was like oh I swear it said flatbread then she proceeds to yell across the bar (everyone looking at me now) to say to Cassie did she order this chicken bacon flatbread?! Cassie looks confused say no sandwich, Wendy looks at me and says sorry ma'am we don't have a chicken bacon flatbread and walks away.

Cassie comes back tells me they can make a flatbread but it will take a little time, I said no it's fine but whoever that was is extremely rude not only to me but previous customer interactions. She apologized and walked away. When Cassie brought our bill she had taken the sandwich off and she didn't need to I ate it and it was good just not what I thought I ordered (my mistake) however the difference in how she handled it verses Wendy was vastly different and if it wasn't for Cassie saving face for the establishment I don't think I'd return, Wendy made it embarrassing and she is not who I would want representing...

Not going to comment on the food here as I had mine cold in a to-go box after it was brought home by my wife due to me leaving the restaurant (Reason why to follow). We have three kids so it's a pain to go out so we usually don't eat out but if we do we love to support local especially during Covid when everyone is hurting. After confirming on Google (right here) five days ago that they had the NFL package my wife, kids and I arrived at game time for the Chicago Bears. I asked the host if we could have the game on the host said they'd get it taking care of. We were seated and there was only one other party in the restaurant. Five minutes later our server came for the drink order. I again requested for the Bears game to be put on. Server stated that they'd check with the bar and have them put it on. 10 minutes later our drinks were brought out and our breakfast orders were taken. i again requested for the bears game to be put on. 15 minutes later and no game was put on our server brought out the food. I left at this time and walked home so as not to ruin the meal for the rest of my family as I just wanted to watch the game with my family. Terrible, Terrible service and I'm upset because the ambiance and location of this place is very...
