My partner has gender dysphoria and this place made her cry.

My partner and I have been to almost every dispensary in Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater. We have had people have to double check my partners drivers license because she has changed a lot but we have never had anyone handle this situation so unprofessionally. After checking our licenses at the door and browsing for about 5 minutes and letting us select a few items to buy the manager Emily decides she was not comfortable with my partners drivers license not looking like her and asked her to leave. The hurt and embarrassment I saw on my partners face was so saddening, nobody who suffers with gender dysphoria deserves to be treated this way. I will never come back to this store. Which is really sad because I was super impressed by Mark when I came in before work the same day for a cartridge. But unfortunately your manager Emily needs to learn how to ID people and how to show dignity and respect when you have a question about a persons identity. I really enjoyed shopping here until recently. Ive recieved 2 bad vape cartridges in the last week. Both different brands. I returned the first without incident. When i tried to return the 2nd one. They claimed it was over half used. It was but the oil split weird and wouldnt settle at the bottom. Both of our heat pens wouldn't register the cartridge any longer. I understand if an exchange couldn't be made but store credit for the half I could no longer use would have sufficed.
