Safeway Pharmacy — Local services in Lacey

• update- just switched to walmart next door. I will never go back to Safeway. Its sad as i like shopping here and not a fan of walmart. Yhere pharmacy kicked Safeway butt. Went to pick up for 1st time. My prescription was ready and was out thr door even them inputing my new insurance. Was actually treated like a person instead what seemed like a line at a butcher shop waiting to get butchered. **Old reviews safeway experience This is a horrible pharmacy and I'm starting to believe it's the same at all Safeway. I'll never go to another one went to pick up the other day and every time I have to stand in line for them to tell me the pharmacist hasn't gotten to it yet. Then stand in like again to pick it up. So I waited 2 days and went in. Guess what same thing. Lady told me there goal was 1 hr but there a little behind. So just today I go in t9 pick up. I waited 4 days. Yes 4 freaking days. Was told the pharmacist hasn't gotten to it yet. But the lady in front of me had 4 called in today and they told her to wait. There is some very bad management and organization going on there. Love being lied to. Why don't they just say. We only fill after the customer comes and stands in line and is here to pick up and come back in 40min. Sure that's not inconvenience at all. She told me to call in to. I told her I spent a ho7r on the phone calling on my way there. Nobody answered. Her reply was. Yes we don't answer it when we're busy. Like is she taking some meds from the pharmacy? I will never use Safeway pharmacy again. This is the 2nd one and there garbage. Wish they had negative stars to give. Horrible way to run a business. Wouldn't be so bad I'd they were at least fast. No luck there either. Worse review I've ever written. 4 days and ruined my evening now as I have to go back in 40 min. This place is absolutely atrocious.. IF someone answers a call, they immediately put you on hold and never pick back up. Additionally they never fill an RX, even an antibiotic, sent over from a doctor the day of, unless you go and ride their butts about it. They couldn’t find my medication they filled (3 to be exact) and one of the techs had the audacity to ask me if I was sure I didn’t pick it up earlier. No. You just gave out medications such as muscle relaxers and nerve pain medications to someone else. They said they would fill it again that evening. They never did. They have no respect for their customers time. But hey, if a medication sits there for a few days (while you wait for them to fill others, because if you don’t, you’ll spend every day in the pharmacy line as they slow crawl through each prescription one by one), you better believe they will blow you up if you haven’t come in for it… and then ask you to call them back but will not answer the phone. And yes, I get that the “owner” will leave a response that’s generic and exactly the same as all of the others they leave. They’ve been “looking into this” for months. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy. My fiance went to fill it for me. The worker told him the prescription was at the pharmacy in Yelm. So my partner spent time and gas driving all the way to Yelm, only to be told that this pharmacy was mistaken, and the prescription was at the Lacey location. So he went back and was understandably frustrated but did not yell. I was then called and lied to by a woman working at the Lacey pharmacy who told me the prescription actually was in yelm, the yelm pharmacy sent it back to Lacey after he was there, and that my fiance's frustration was uncalled for. 1. That doesn't make any sense. 2. That's a lie because it's a controlled substance and the doctor would have to resend the prescription to get it to a different pharmacy .
