Island Queen — Restaurant in Washington

After trying to call several times to place an order, I finally try on line, ha finally got order placed ,add card info, push submit all info disappears. Drive in to see what happened, pull up to window , now I have a disabled person in passengers seat,on oxygen and can't wear a mask. Pull up to window it's open and there are people in there, workers I guess. it takes 3 minutes to acknowledge I'm even there, says I'll be with you in a minute , several later minutes later another comes up , be with you in a minute. I'm still trying to find if my order even went through. Finally a third person comes up ,I get to ask if my order went through, no, but before I can place an order I need to turn around, really !?? with a passenger on oxygen. ! been here 10 minutes wasted ten minutes on line. I don't know what "toast" is but not a good way of doing business. Answer your phone, be polite, and...

I went to the drive up window yesterday afternoon and ordered a burger. The nice young woman (girl) told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes, and they’d text me. She suggested I park just across from the window to wait. A middle aged guy was then working the window, and just chatting for quite a while with another customer who’d driven up to the window. After fifteen minutes I walked up to the window and gave my name; he said, “Yeah, your order is here waiting for you.” I never got a text. If he hadn’t been so busy chatting about the hot weather, he might have seen me there waiting not 10 yards away. The burger was over cooked and dry, really not tasty at all, and it had obviously been sitting there for a while “waiting for me.” Based on other reviews, this place must be good sometimes. But neither the service nor the food was good...

Giving this 1 star because the fries were decent. Went through the drive thru like 100% of other restaurants. Lady comes to the window and says I'm going the wrong way. I laugh and she says no I'm serious. This would mean I would order from the passenger window. Fortunately, I had a passenger. So I turn around and drive up. We place our order, pay and the lady hands me a pager. What's this I ask? "We will page when your food is ready then go to the front door for for your food pickup". WTH? If I wanted to get out of my car i would not have used the drive through. When the pager goes off I walk to the front door. Still had to wait in line while everyone ordered even though I'm holding the pager up. No acknowledgement, no priority. Such a bizarre experience. Need to fix the drive thru or remove...
