These guys screwed up my order TWICE. I go through the drive thru to bring lunch home to my son & wife and notice on the drive home that they forgot the chips in my order. So I head back and walk inside and tell them and the lady was like “oh yeah sorry go ahead and grab a bag.” I get home and realize that my son’s little John is missing now … at this point I’m super frustrated. How hard is it really ? I call and tell them that they forgot another thing in my bag and they tell me they’ll remake it and head on down. I walk and the guy literally tosses the bag on the counter as I walk through the doors because they clearly know who I am at this point. “Little John right ?” He asked. I grab my order and say thank you and leave.
What ever happened to accountability and at least seeming sorry ? Like if you screw my order up not only once but twice shouldn’t you offer accommodation by offering the customer a free item or coupon ? Whatever happened to that generosity ? You guys...
Read moreWe've had nothing but good experiences with this location through the years. Nothing to complain about - always freaky fast delivery too! In fact, the other night we ordered from them again - and this time it took longer than normal (which is very unlike them). Well, before I even had a chance to call the store - I was called by the manager and told that two people had called in that night and there was only one driver. We completely understood, and were very happy he had taken the time to call us and explain/apologize. Can't say enough about this location and the management. Amazing people! Oh - and when the order got here (albeit a bit late of course), the manager had included a free Sprite even though we didn't ask for anything. We are VERY LOYAL customers of this place! There's not much around that has better management than this. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you've not ever tried them yet. You'll probably discover a new 'go to' like we...

Since I had wheat bread, my sandwich couldn't be toasted.
I don't think these issues are so much anyone's fault as it was late in the day and sometimes business protocol doesn't allow things to work out well.
The staff did their best with the limitations they had. I felt bad for them, stuck in an untenable situation and having to deal with cranky customers. I tried to be as polite as possible because staff didn't deserve to be punished...
