Morty's Tap & Grille — Restaurant in Washington

Okay I'm going to be straight up and honest with whom this may concern. I used to absolutely love going to Mortys but after tonight's visit I'm highly considering never going again. It has nothing to do with the staff or the environment of the place. Our waitress was amazing food was great what will loose me as a customer is in fact YOU CHANGED THE PEPPERCORN DIPPING SAUCE. Why just why would you get rid of the best tasting sauce ever and replace it with something so disgusting. I wouldn't pour that stuff down the toilet.. it needs to be thrown away. To the lady that made that executive decision. You should step down and let someone with taste and common sense take over. I don't mean to be mean, rude anything like that but without that particular sauce there is no longer a reason to visit again.. I RECOMMENDED Mortys because of that sandwich and sauce.. I actually feel bad that I ever recommended it now.. so sadly disappointed but changed because of one person didn't care for it.. and if this any reflection to the steelhead chain. I don't wanna go there because of this. I am/was a regular customer. But jack in the box has a sauce that's much better just saying. If it dosent come back neither will I or my family.. The ownership needs to re-evaluate how the orders are processed. It took an hour and a half to get our food. It wasn't just us. Every table was getting their food one hour to and hour and half after they placed their order. THIS IS POOR MANAGEMENT! When the food finally arrived it was hot and delicious but two of the orders were wrong. After waiting that LONG all the orders should have been correct. My daughter's order was wrong too and she could not explain how she wanted it fixed. She was frustrated....it wasn't fun.

Message to the ownership. Please find away to get your food orders out faster to your paying guests. Send in some mystery guests and get a honest reading on your establishment.

Again, I LOVE Morty's The food is outstanding and the servers are GREAT! Please work on the Service....

Flew up from Oklahoma to visit a friend in Spokane who raved about this place. Was really excited to go, but after walking in we waited 10 minutes to even get a menu. After ordering drinks, the unsightly brunette waitress wouldn’t accept my ID. Didn’t ask for another form or anything just very rudely said I will not serve you. So I told her I have my concealed weapons permit that you must be 21 to have and is a government issued ID, which she then said I faked too!! I am 25 years old, old enough to drink. At that point I was laughing out loud. Are your waitresses really that stupid and poorly trained? Or are they really that uncultured that hey have never seen an out of state ID? Get a grip on your staff. Despicable place. Didn’t know you couldn’t get a damn drink if you weren’t from Washington. My friend also emailed management but imagine...
