Nick’s Pizza DC — Restaurant in Washington

We booked Nick's mobile pizza oven operation for a graduation party on a Friday evening. Everything was PERFECT! This was our first time to work with Nick, and from our initial conversation, we knew we were dealing with a dedicated business owner. We were especially happy to work with someone who cares about the community in DC. He was so friendly, organized, and an honest professional. The oven itself was a highlight- the roaring wood fire oven was fun for the guests to watch. Nick arrived early with his oven in tow, 2 co-workers, and 100% prepared. He did not need water, electricity or anything. This is a self-sufficient mobile operation! While the oven was heating up, he set up a tent, tables, lights, and provided menus. Within minutes, he was bringing in pizzas to our guests that were out of this world! Among our favorites were the Chicken Tika Masala, the simple cupping pepperoni- all with pillowy and crispy crust. We even had strawberry Nutella dessert pizza! Our guests were continuously provided hot pizzas, and Nick quickly boxed up colder pizzas to make room for hot ones. We had delicious leftovers for the next few days. He books out in advance so we were so fortunate that our date worked out and that we have made a new friend. This place should be given ten ⭐️ ! I walked in the restaurant and it was absolutely beautiful! It was so peaceful and reminded me of a little bar if the drinks were flowing😍. There were flower decorations and black marble tile floors. It was clean and presentable. The host who took my order was very nice and explained the dish options well. The pizzas are cook to order with a ten minute wait. There is a waiting area. I ordered two pizzas. A pepperoni ( regular) and a meat lovers style pizza for myself. One word to describe this place.. fabulous. My first time here . I definitely will be back. We loved it❤️❤️❤️ I moved to DC a few years ago and was searching for a pizza place we can go to on a regular basis. They also have wings and other items. I will try them next...

The pizzas were next-level—perfect crust, flavorful toppings, and served fresh and hot. Nick and his team were professional, friendly, and on point the entire time. They made our celebration feel special, and the energy they brought matched the quality of their food.
