Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Please note that I am not one to write reviews. But I felt compelled to do so.... Papa Murphy's has not once ever steered me or my family wrong, expecially this location.... until tonight.

From the very beginning, Logan (the "shift supervisor") was the absolute RUDEST person I have EVER encountered in my life. I asked a simple question, and I recieved a snide remark. From there, things (such as her attitude) proceeded to go down hill from there..... She "mis heard" our order which resulted in it being screwed up and then accused us for saying the order wrong. Trust me, it's the silliest thing. And we appologized profusely and she STILL continued to talk smack to her co-worker who was cleaning dishes and also to her other co-worker right along side her. (Yes, we heard you Logan.)

Just don't understand why we were treated so pourly? From the get go, she had a problem with us. They say that they are customer service driven, so I'd at least expect some respect. Wandermere Papa Murphy's, you've lost our business....

My wife ordered my our pizza for my daughter's birthday. A stuffed pizza and a mini pizza.

When I got there I got in line to pick up order. I was asked what name it was under. I gave our last name, wife's name and my name. I was told my wife offered it to the wrong store. I said no she ordered and paid online. The order was for 6pm and was placed at 530pm. I got there at 1810(traffic) my order was still not ready.

They forgot my mini pizza and non were made. So they quickly made one. Happy I grabbed my order. Drove to Deer Park. Opened it. Someone grabbed some dough and called it good. Apparently my 4 year old need to go on a diet... according to the mead location "just stretch it and mad it fit" now see through. So glad I spent the extra money for half a mini pizza.

I have been placing the same order for 2 year. Way sub par and disrespect I'll guess I'll just start going to another brand.... thanks I don't like...

Not sure why I go to this papas ! I was a walk in had to wait almost 10 min. To order with one person ahead of me. The cashier took a phone call headed to the back room ? Finally time to order he said 15 mins my order would be done. I left went freds meyers was back in 10 mins. Stood there for another 24 mins for my 2 Pizzas to be done ! One pizza was a cheese and olive 15 sliced olives and on the whole pizza you could see sauce in other words hardly any cheese. The other pizza was all meat almost an 1 1/2 all around sauce but no meat the meat was thin picking also. So a total of 45 mins fir 2 uncooked Pizzas! Alot of talk and not much making Pizzas. I usually don't like to post poor service but next time I'll drive a little farther and have better service with the standard amount of toppings.i payed $33.00. For...
