Pho Viet USA — Restaurant in Washington

Please DO NOT eat here or order delivery from here. I got extermely nauseous from the pho and this strange facial itch like i was allergic to something. Now I notice this horrible smell and white, bubbly, slimy film in the bean sprout/veggie bag that I just blindly poured in my broth. My partner got a banh mi and it had a freezing cold egg on top and contained a thick 1 inch black hair cooked in it. I think the veggie bags are just left out and maybe food reused. Even the lime was dry and flaked. We usually choose a "pho viet" at a different location, but used a new delivery app and it selected this one. I ordered delivery through DoorDash and regretted my choice after the first bite, even though the place has a 4.7 rating on the app. The chicken pho was a complete letdown. The broth tasted overwhelmingly of caramelized onions (yes, the broth had some), with no hints of cinnamon, star anise, or any other pho spices. The chicken was just shredded meat, covered in way too much pepper. They didn’t include cilantro, only three basil leaves, and the jalapeño slices were nearly two inches thick. My egg rolls were cold upon pick up. Literally 5minutes from.order to register even though they told me it would take 10. I clearly was given someone else's food. They had to remake them. I get in my car take a bite only to find they gave me tofu veggie rolls instead of pork egg rolls. The pho was cold. They also give out the most skimp amount of broth.

I'm giving them two stars because they tried and they gave me.money back, after waiting 20 minutes.
