I called at 12:30am and ordered delivery and it got to me by 1 which is fine... But the total for what I ordered was 25 and some change... Well delivery drivers are supposed to carry efficient change on them... And assuming that I would not have exact change I would have 30 or even 40 dollars and I would need change. Well I gave him 40 dollars. At first he tried to walk away without giving me any change! He said all he had was 20s so he couldnt. Then I told him no I need my change. Thats a whole 15 dollars over my bill. Okay well he was quite annoyed that I even asked him to go to his car to get change and he brings me 7 dollars. Thats still 8 dollars short! He just left! And when i tried to contact the store about it they were already closed. so I called the number back of the delivery driver that called me and I told him that I needed my change.. he admitted to not having the rest of my change and he said there's nothing he can do about it because he was already heading home. so I asked him to make some kind of record of the incident with his boss because I'll be calling the store first thing in the morning to resolve this problem. when I asked him his name he hesitated and told me it was Tom. needless to say- I'm very disappointed in this experience on top of not getting an efficient amount of change... Actually, not even an appropriate amount of change assuming he deserved a top. which I don't believe he did. I also got an extremely undercooked Pizza, almost under a half cup of marinara to go with my breadsticks, and no icing to go with my cinnamon sticks. and to top it all off I was not given a receipt for my purchase either. So I'm honestly extremely disappointed in Pizza Hut and I probably won't be ordering from this location ever again unless this problem is fixed... like I said I'll be calling the store first thing in the morning when they open and I hope nobody else has to go through this terrible experience in the middle of the night when all they want to do is eat Pizza, cry about the bad service they got, and then go to bed. Pizza Hut was always my favorite. I'm sad to have to leave this review here but I am extremely disappointed in you...
Read moreI ordered pizza at 7:15. Received confirmation email to have it at my house by 8:15. It's 9:03 and I'm pretty hungry and upset. My boyfriend has called this number to be brought to a call center that sends us to a line (the #2 line option, that nobody was answering) which continues to ring, play a busy tone, and hangs up. And everyone we've reached at the call center has brought us through a loop for the last 30min we've been trying to check on our pizza. Absurd.
I'm pregnant 😓 & really hungry. I wanted to eat this pizza pretty bad. But I'm so upset about this service....
It's 9:35 as I entered this pizza hut and when we entered the manager on duty was sitting at a table with a co worker with her phone in her face. We mentioned the phone situation and it was stated that the phone line was down. Ok makes a little sense, but we ordered online. So why wasn't our order still being made or delivered?? That is so frustrating. I appreciate my reimbursement for making my pizza as I sit inside the store but I just cannot understand why nobody felt the need to carry out this order. This store is empty. The lot is empty. And there is a delivery driver on duty due to the obvious pizza hut magnet on the top of a car parked near back.

Read moreThis is more of a plea for help than a review. Dear Pizza Hut,
Shame on you Pizza Hut for not better supporting, preparing and protecting your so called Pizza Hut "Family" & "Team" by providing your employees with better customer service training. I've been in service industry most of my life. I am very aware of domino effect created by the post Covid labor shortage and the hardships created for those of us in the Service & Hospitality industries. I walked into Pizza Hut hungry and happy and not even 10 minutes later walked out baffled and disheartened by the "customer service" I had just witnessed. Mostly I felt great sadness for the young man at the counter who was in obvious distress, overwhelmed with no visible support. I am convinced he was doing the best he knew how but his fear, frustration and lack of customer service training was written across his face as he screamed at customers pacing about and throwing receipts. He was "in the weeds" and had lost control. The most effective way to tell if a business TRULY values a positive guest experience and overall customer satisfaction...is to observe how they treat and train the most important asset they have, their team. Come on Pizza Hut, I know you can do...
