I've been to this sushi place roughly 10 times over the last year and I really like it. I thought that I like sushi in the past, but that was before I tried sushi from a specialized place like this one. They have so many options on the menu that I had a hard time choosing. I clearly haven't tried everything yet, but out of the Chef's Special Roll section, I really liked the Volcano Roll, Seattle Roll, and Crispy Fantasy Roll. Don't quote me on the price, but those roles are around $13 and I think the Seattle role is a bit more expensive.
If you enjoy sushi, check out this place. You can eat in the restaurant or you can call their phone number and have them prepare the rolls to go, which is what I do.
Update 4/7/2019: They recently changed their menu, about a month or two ago. If you have their old take out menu, some items on it might be different from what you'll get. For example, the Seattle roll was cooked before, but based on the new menu, it is not cooked. If you're calling in based on the old menu, make sure to specify that to them so you get what you want until you get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate to my review 5/11/2024: this is now our favorite sushi and gyoza spot. The food has yet to disappoint. I've tried the ramen again, and it still could use a tad more flavor in the broth.. but I like my ramen RICH and salty. (For this reason, I have left my original 4 star rating in the food-star category... but updated overall rating to 5 stars)
We love the weight staff!!
My partner and I are on the hunt for the best ramen and sushi restaurant.
We have tried most of the local places Everett has to offer. This one is our second fave for the combination, but our fist choice for sushi - try the snow mountain roll. This place has a wide variety of foods to choose from and the best gyoza! They're always nice and crispy, fresh, and the dipping sauce is delicious.
Our waitress is always lovely! She treats us well each visit.
The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Usually they play older songs.
We reccomend this place to our friends and family all the time. Great food especially considering the price, service,...

The service was ok, if a little slow given how few tables were even there. There were 5 tables with 1 waitress working. They are very nice people at least.
I ordered the sushi supreme which comes with 8 pieces of nigiri, a spicy tuna roll and miso soup. I also ordered their regular udon soup.
The sushi was very flavorless, the texture was a bit mealy and the rice was really bad. It was not stuck together and falling apart. I had to use my hands to eat it. It was almost like everything was premade then sat in a fridge for a while before being served. The rice was dry and and falling apart. Pair that up with eating it in a room that was about 80°F and it's not a great experience.
The miso soup and udon were ok though. Nothing spectacular, but not bad and the udon was a good price.
The sushi was a bit expensive for the taste...
