Our recent visit to El Nopal Mexican in Everett was a flavorful fiesta for the taste buds. The highlight of our dining experience was undoubtedly the goat tacos, a culinary masterpiece that left us craving more. Served exclusively on Fridays and Saturdays, these goat tacos are a hidden gem that truly sets El Nopal apart. The succulent and tender meat, expertly seasoned and wrapped in warm tortillas, created a symphony of flavors that delighted our palates. The richness of the goat meat, combined with the perfect balance of spices, made each bite a savory sensation. The attention to detail in crafting these tacos was evident, and it's clear that El Nopal takes pride in offering a unique and delectable dish for those seeking an authentic Mexican dining experience. The limited availability on weekends only adds to the allure, making it a special treat for those fortunate enough to indulge. Beyond the gastronomic delights, the atmosphere at El Nopal was vibrant and inviting. The friendly staff contributed to the overall warmth of the dining experience, making us feel like cherished guests. For anyone seeking a culinary adventure and a taste of Mexican cuisine beyond the ordinary, El Nopal Mexican in Everett is a must-visit. The goat tacos alone are worth the trip, turning an ordinary weekend meal into a memorable and delicious occasion.

My wife and I are from Phoenix, home of the best authentic Mexican food in the country, and we just moved here to Everett. I just want to say that these are the best birria tacos since we’ve been here! The tacos were real crunchy, with the right amount of onions, cilantro, and the cheese was so thick and melted. When I took my first bite, the cheese stretched across the table. The consomé was very flavorful as well. If you don’t know what is consomé, it’s the broth of the shredded beef that was cooked in, and it has all kinds of Mexican seasonings that you dip the tacos in. The rice and beans were also fantastic! 10/10 5 ⭐ A+ 100%

For a taco shop this is a great place for birria! The Birria taco with cheese, is fried to perfection, crispy and not too greasy with a good balance of meat and cheese! The tortillas are fresh and done well. The price is more than other taquerias. The al pastor taco has decent flavor and a good proportion of pineapple to meat. I have had better texture, it is hard to say if it was just how they make it or if it was this batch. The lengua had a good portion of the top membrane. It was not as tender and juicy as Lengua is typically.

Went to get my usual Burrito plate to find out it was removed from the menu, The food was always just alright, now they raised the price of a regular burrito from 11.50 to 14$ thats a 22% increase, this happened in the last 8 months... Just seems odd to increase every menu item by 20% when everyone else is feeling it... this business is looking to take from there customers, if they can take an inch they will always take a mile.. you better believe the prices will never go back because greed doesnt work that way. Now they charge almost as much for the single burrito as they did for the burrito plate. This restaurant may serve decent food, but there also secretly acting like every other corporations pushing finance goals to the customer. Better watch out if disney plus raises there sub then this business might change there prices to make...

Sooo good! Today, I tried the Mulitas and a taco with soy meat, everything was flavored well and very fresh. I was very impressed with the soy meat, it is so rare to find authentic Mexican food with a meat alternative besides beans in this area. The Verde sauce was delicious, table favorite, the red sauce was also very tasty, it was smokey and complex. My boyfriend had adobada tacos and a tamale he really enjoyed his food too. Now, I want to try everything. They were out of it today, but they offer strawberry horchata, I really want to try that for sure! The prices are reasonable, the service is helpful and efficient. The food...
