I recently visited the new PX Tacos, a family-owned taco shop with a friend who’s a regular, and I can see why he raves about it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by warm smiles and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like part of the family. The service was attentive but not overwhelming, giving us the perfect balance of relaxation and friendliness. We started with the queso, and let me just say—it was delicious! Creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned, it set the tone for what was to be an incredible meal. But the real star of the show was the corn. I’ve had my fair share of Mexican street corn, but this was next-level. Sweet, smoky, and topped with just the right amount of cheese and spices, it was truly to die for. The tacos themselves were packed with flavor, with fresh, quality ingredients that clearly reflected the love and care this family pours into their food. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer like me, this spot has a way of making you feel right at home. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. I can’t wait for my next visit! Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food in a warm, friendly setting.

Disappointing takeout. The “queso and chips” is just a salad dressing cup full of nacho cheese sauce, like the kind you get in a middle school lunch room. Looks nothing like the photos!! The cheese and pork pupusas were fine, but needed a lottt of salt. Steak in the carne asada taco was very tough and dry, also quite bland. The fish taco was pretty good, the only saving grace of this order. Tres leches cake was fine, clearly not homemade. I wanted to like this place, I hope they can up their game! Service was friendly at least!

We have the highest praise of PX tacos. The Al pastor tacos were the best I’ve had in DC. Devoured so quickly I didn’t get a picture. Really generous with the portion of meat. The hot sauces were all homemade, delicious and had great heat. Steak burrito was super flavorful as well. We finished with the tres leches cake which was so delicious. The best part was also the owners/staff who gave us an extra dessert on the house before we left. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be back to try their birria!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic taco spot, and it exceeded all my expectations! The pork belly tacos were absolutely phenomenal—hands down my favorite. But I have to say, every taco we tried was delicious. The Barbacoa, El Pastor, Chicken Tinga, and Varna Asada were all packed with flavor, each one distinct and memorable.

What really stood out to me was the freshness of the food. The tortillas and proteins were cooked and warmed up on a flattop right when we ordered, ensuring that every bite was hot and flavorful. The salsas were also top-notch, adding the perfect amount of kick and complementing the tacos beautifully.

I can't wait to go back and explore more of the menu—next on my list are the nachos, guacamole, and whatever else this gem has to offer. If you're a taco lover, this place is...

After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to order on Toast. I received a text that it was approaching and eventually delivered but nothing . The contact number on the app led me to the restaurant. Moises, the manager answered the phone and was so helpful and accommodating. He did everything in his power to make sure I received my food, even remaking my order. When I finally received my order, it was well worth the wait. Shrimp taco was well seasoned and the potatoes bravos were delicious. Honestly, everything was amazing and the quality customer service is rare and unheard of nowadays. Because of amazing customer service and food, Moises and the PTX team just got a customer who will return...
