I can totally understand that being a service worker (especially on such a busy college campus) is stressful and taxing, but in the two times I’ve been to this Qdoba location, I’ve yet to experience good service.
When I asked if could I get chips and queso when checking out, the cashier said, “chips AND queso?” in a tone that shamed me for my order. I got my chips, but was told to head to the back of the line if I wanted the queso, which honestly didn’t make sense in my opinion. She threw my mistake bowl angrily and yelled at me that I don’t speak loud enough. Seriously guys, I understand this location is busy but this behavior from workers is...

The worse experience from the tone they spoke with to the exchanging of food. Highly disappointed in this experience as a paying customer. I was given old veggies for my veggie bowl. DATE...
