Extremely rude and condescending staff. They will scream at you if you do not say your order within 0.5 seconds after they yell "NEXT!!!" They will take forever questioning your tastes if you order something even slightly unusual (but very clearly said to avoid confusion). They will not care even if there is a long line behind you and there is only one register running, they will make a point to talk to you like you are the most stupid person in the world and you do not know anything about ordering. Yes, I have gotten this exact drink before just a few days earlier and I know what I want even without you (staff) questioning me. Unless the order is something that does not exist, they should take it without question. They do not fill the cup all the way. What's the point in ordering a larger size if they're not going to give you what your money's worth? In addition, they ask for your name about three times without apologizing for starting to chat with their friends after asking for your name the first and second times. Read moreI feel bad leaving a negative review because it’s obvious how stressed and overworked the staff are, but this Starbucks is a train wreck. They’re always out of everything, including cups: usually when you order a tall or grande, they’ll give you that amount in a huge trenti cup, and then charge you for that size without asking. Servers are constantly yelling and get angry when customers aren’t immediately there to pick up their orders. Last time I was there I was rushing to pack up my things across the room, then ran over to get part of my order. When the next part was ready the same server looked dead at me while I was still packing my things, and screamed my name nonstop til I dropped my stuff and ran over to get it (over the course of like 5 seconds mind you). She placed her order but forgot to mention she wanted a hot drink not cold and when she told the barista she was so rude to her telling her she’s tired of customers who are not clear with their orders she was so rude and as she was preparing the drink she was still complaining to her coworkers about it loudly and rudely!!!
