This public bathroom near the Washington Monument continues to be week after week the most disgusting bathroom I have ever been in. Four stalls, at least 2 are always plugged, covered and unusable, the other one or two, the doors don't latch. There are 2 sinks, neither work. How am I supposed to wash my hands? There is never an attendant on duty. The bathrooms always stink, worse than an outdoor portable "john", worse than any gas station I've been in. The line to get in was a dozen plus people deep (Oct. 2020). I ended up having to go with my husband into the men's bathroom with men using it; doors not working there either. Gap between door and jam about 7 inches wide open, man standing at sink had mirror directly looking into my stall. I can't give this one star. Deplorable conditions week after week as I'm regularly down there on Sundays. As of now, I quit going into DC entirely until something changes! This is our Nation's Capitol? Inexcusable. Governor, please visit it unannounced and see...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolutely disgusting. The wet floors are covered with toilet paper and there is poop outside the stalls. The doors either canāt latch or are outright missing. None of the sinks work. Extremely stinky with dirty walls. The lines were 15-20 people in the menās, and 3 times longer for the women. I ended up having to go to the Lincoln Memorial as all the other bathrooms were closed for cleaning. Even the Lincoln ones had a line but it was much shorter and the inside was somewhat clean with working facilities, but Iām never going to the...

If there are beautiful structures and buildings around, it's obvious a toilet has to be ready for thousands walking around during a busy weekend like Labor Day. I do not understand. This is the capital of United States, wow.
Please someone in...
