Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Washington

Why isn’t this place ever open? Every time I come is always close and then when I do see it open it during random hours! Online says it’s open…I’m here…it’s closed!!! Smdh

This place is never open. I live right across the street from this place and for you to come on here and make a response saying that you guys are open and that you have staff at this location is sad. This place is closed every single day so maybe you have staff acting like they’re working but they’re not this place is closed. I can drive by here every day, and take a picture and show that this place is closed every single time . Several times I walked up to the window and there’s no one there this place is never open so for the next week I’m gonna walk to the building and I’m gonna take pictures between 12 and 9 PM and add another review and show that this whole week this place...

Arrived there and waited at the window while the young lady cleaned the counters. She looked at me several times and still took her time. At this point I’m questioning whether or not they’re open. So when she came to the window I asked were they opened. She gave attitude instantly pointed to the open sign and said I’m only 1 person. So I asked her is she always here by herself and she hinted with her eyes to the side looking at another worker who was just sitting down outside talking with another young lady eating chipotle. She then said I’m not by myself ppl just choose to do what they wanna do. I couldn’t believe it. I could definitely understand why she was upset I mean he’s just sitting down outside chilling why she in there working by herself. Today was definitely my last...

There was no wait actually came faster than I could imagine. The choice was hard ice or custard, but the gentleman was very helpful, and the custard was thicker and more creamy than most like hand packed ice cream .the perfect treat...
