Subway — Restaurant in Washington

The subway delivery option is fraud by default. I order food to be delivered but when the app told be it was delivered it was nowhere to found. I even talk to my neighbor , that not the worst part. So I call the restaurant and they said they can't do anything and that have to contacts the driver but after it's been delivered it doesn't give me a option. So the driver can mess up or even not delivery it all and the consumer has no option to get money back or new order and is out the money and order. They then told me I order It again and they can make it again. Wow!! Just think about if 1-10 people who order with Subway and this happen to them with average cost $15 that alot of money. Disappointed and I feel like I got scam. That food was for me and my 7 daughter. Subway you need to fix your process. I will be filing complaint with BBB. No food , out the money and no help or service...

I wasn't paying attention when the guy pulled out my bread and when I got home it was totally burnt. After it being toasted and sitting for the 5 minutes it took me to get home it was so hard and chewy and dry I could barely rip off a bite with my teeth. The vegetables weren't fresh, you could tell the tomatoes had been cut days ago (they were dark and watery), the lettuce was browning, etc. Its been a couple years since Ive been to Subway and I was also blown away at the price, at over $10 for a 6inch! That's almost twice the price it was the last time I had Subway (which was fresh and delicious back then) and it's more than Jersey Mikes, which is way better! AND... today I found out they don't even have my favorite meat anymore, the chicken breast!! I won't be eating Subway anymore at that price, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to Burien...

Well I went there yesterday about 4 and 1st thing started off on a bad You know bad start because they they're bathroom was closed so that was kind of a bad thing because you know I don't have a card there's no you can't just pop into the bathroom and the library you know you have to like it's like that It's really hard to get a bathroom around you know when you're not when you don't have a car you know so Anyway and then I thought the woman was extremely rude she was always cross talking with somebody else in Spanish when I was ordering My meal so I would I would avoid this place like the plague if I were you I just don't think subway is that good anymore there seems to be a lot of subways that have really slacked off I would go to jersey mike's I think there expensive but you don't I think the sandwiches are little...
