Pizza Hut — Restaurant in White Center

I can't really comment on the quality of the pizza from this joint, as the first time I called on 10-25 to order a pizza, I was on hold for over 4 minutes. The SECOND time I called, I was on hold for over 4 minutes again; starting to think they really DON'T"T want to sell anymore pizza that night, maybe they had sold their quota for the day or they ran out of tomato sauce or something. The THIRD time I called I got a different person on the phone who claimed to be the supervisor of the shift. I asked her who the store manager was and she was "unauthorized" to give that information out over the phone. I asked her how long it would take to get pizza ready for a pick up, she said 15 minutes. At this point I kindly made her aware that had the guy taken my order the first time I called it would be ready in about two minutes! At this time I considered, briefly, ordering pizza and simply not picking it up, but didn't. Too much food wasted in our society as it is. Then, after we grabbed a DiGornio from the grocery store, my son reminded me that the last time we ordered from them, it was pretty yucky, anyway. Still, quality of the product aside, the customer service issue in this establishment is SEVERELY lacking! I'm not wasting anymore of my time (or phone minutes) trying to order from them. We'll stick with our favorite tried and true pizza...

Very poor customer service, I have literally just ordered over the phone and this guy was unbelievable unpleasant. He made me feel very uncomfortable, he was rude, had no patience and even I was put on hold at first and waited for them to take my order. Honestly very disappointed, he acted like if wouldn't understood a word I was saying, i don't know how Pizza Hut expect business grow and customer loyalty when they have a really bad representation at this very particular store. If it wouldn't for the kids that wanted pizza I would have stopped placing the order and going somewhere else where I'd be much more appreciated and my money as well. I've been a customer for years to this location and 75% of my visits/orders over the phone are very bad and seems like it's time to find another place because they don't care about customer loyalty and management only replies to good reviews and never even apologize for the...

I'd made a wrong turn going to the grocery store & was just planning to turn around there. I decided a hot, ready-to-eat pasta meal w/breadsticks sounded better to take home. While I was waiting for my food, a gentleman ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, & its sale price was $7.99 (+ tax). I thought that, for such a low price, I could have even more of some of my favorite foods, of which to eat some now & have leftovers for additional meals. They kept my just-cooked pasta warm, while I immediately placed my order for that same pizza & then awaited its completion, which didn't take very long. I left there very pleased with their friendly, thoughtful, proficiently excellent customer service.
