I’ve mistakenly ordered food three hours earlier than the time that I could pick it up. I contacted the app costumer service right away and they said they aren’t able to do any changes. I called the store and no one answered. I went to the store 3 hours later, my order was still there and probably still ok but the young lady that worked there and the manager were both very nice and they prepared me a new fresh bowl. It was incredibly nice and I really appreciate them taking the time and making another one when they didn’t have to. Also, the food is always absolutely amazing! They premade my online hot bowl 25 min before it was supposed to be picked up. Every item listed as hot on the menu was ice cold when I picked it up, 2 min within my pickup time. So I had some cold rubbery shroom and tofu for lunch because they decided the order needed to be made extra early despite there being nobody in line at the store. The bowl was unsealed and part of the lid was open. Barely any dressing in the container. Staff wouldn't give me any more when asked nicely. I work next door and won't ever be back. Fist time here, on business from Austin, TX. OMG. This. Was. Freaking. Awesome. I had the spicy Thai salad. Now, I don't do much spice, I actually like to feel my lips while eating, u can keep that numb sh--, and the spice was just right. I got the medium amount of dressing, perfect. The server was helpful and professional and even friendly. The portion was a good size, at a great price. Seriously, this salad was VERY GOOD. Almost as good as an oreo DQ blizzard...... Well, almost, but u know I gave all that stuff up. Mostly.....😋

Update: went back about a year later, and again! Delicious!! I really love this place! Good...
