Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Washington

Update: 12/13/21- chick fil a “gave my food” to another dasher. They then refused to make my food. “Brenda” the manager repeatedly talked over me and told me it was Doordash’s fault. That is incorrect, my dasher arrived to the restaurant on time and never got my food. Brenda was extremely rude and dismissive and flat out lied to me on the phone. I don’t appreciate Chick fil a’s repeated failures and their deception when it comes to their mistakes. Even worse, they blame it on the vendor they chose to use. This location has an established practice: if they don’t want to make your breakfast order, they blame it on DoorDash.

Edit: I ordered my breakfast this morning prior to breakfast cut off (I ordered at 9:57 AM). I was called by DoorDash at 10:40 letting me know that Chick Fil A was refusing to make my breakfast order. I spoke with the manager who blamed DoorDash for not releasing the Order. Manager told me that there was nothing they could do. The restaurant did not offer to do anything to help. Not sure why this restaurant uses Doordash but wont honor orders or help customers when there is a problem that is out of the customer's control. Very unprofessional and very disappointing considering I order food here every morning. On customer service, I'd give this place 0 stars if I could at this point.

Generally good but there seems to be a real issue with drinks being left off delivery orders. I've had three deliveries in the past week or so that are missing a milkshake or orange juice. I get that I received a refund through doordash, but its just a bit annoying to consistently have to wonder if your staff is gonna fill the Order properly. A good choice for food in Crystal City. I have found that the food at Chick-fil-A is consistently fresh and delicious. This restaurant is no exception to that. Chick Fil A is known for its signature chicken sandwiches, which are made with juicy, tender chicken breast and served on a buttery, toasted bun. There are 12 stores in the DC area. The Crystal City Chick-fil-A location is located in the heart of Arlington, Virginia, just a short distance from the Pentagon and Reagan National Airport. This location is on the west side of of the road and in a storefront facing Crystal Drive. It seemed a fairly busy location. Parking is limited with a few spots out front but not many. It seems to cater to a good amount of foot traffic business. The restaurant's interior was clean and modern. There are a few tables outside and about 5 tables inside and a counter facing the street. The staff was courteous and efficient, providing fast service efficiently on our visit. Just as with other locations, you order, pay, and pickup at the counter. Ordered a salad for the first time among other things, and they forgot the dressing. There were fruits inside it, tried shaking it thinking the dressing was inside, but nothing. I checked the website for ingredients and truly so, it was supposed to come with a dressing. Annoyed, half angry and with a dry mouth, I went back and asked that my salad be refunded because I had a terrible experience with it. She said because I had half of it, and didn’t realize from the first two bites that it was missing, I don’t get a refund (pic attached). Needless to say, I was taking bites while I was scrolling through their website looking for the salad, but she wasn’t ready to hear any excuses, not now, maybe not ever. I asked to speak to someone else because I didn’t think she was being very helpful, but the manager wouldn’t come out and speak to me. Defeated, but head held high, I refused the offer for the dressing, left them the salad on the table and left. I could no longer enjoy their food after experiencing such terrible attitude towards a customer.
