Vocelli Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

First time using the Vocelli website to order pizza and man it was terrible experience. I clicked on the photo you see and ordered a traditional pizza, the photo has pepperoni RIGHT?!

It delivers as a cheese pizza, so I call and they say that I needed to go add on toppings if I wanted them.

I explained to them very nicely that the photo is very misleading and that I didn't think I needed to go to the topping section because I didn't want anything besides a regular pepperoni pizza and that's what was in the photo.

You'd think they'd offer to send another pizza out or for us to come drive there and swap it out at least.. and the guy sarcastically on the phone says "nothing we can do about it, you should have ordered it with pepperoni then".

So not only is their website bad but they have terrible customer service and honestly.. the pizza isn't even good. The cheese pizza taste like one you'd eat in an elementary...

Placed an order at 8:41 PM for delivery. At 9:28 PM, I got a call saying it came through as pick-up (it didn’t). They switched it to delivery. At 10:03 PM, the driver called saying he was at my door — he wasn’t, he was across town at a hotel. I gave him the correct address (already on my account). By 10:27 PM, still no food.

When I called the store, the employee was rude, blamed me for entering the wrong info, and even said I “wasn’t getting anything free.” I never asked for anything free — I just wanted my food and to file a complaint.

This was a terrible experience. My order should have been refunded, but instead I was disrespected. I will not be ordering from here again. My money (and my grandson’s love for pizza) will be going to Papa John’s — better food, and...

I just got our order from here- italiano sub, pepperoni stromboli, salad and bbq wings. Delivery was quick and my husband liked his sub real well but my daughter's salad wasn't right (ordered no peppers and extra tomatoes, got just standard of both) so she was disappointed. The REAL problem was my stromboli was the most greasy thing I've ever eaten. The box was stained orange on the bottom and the grease actually burbled out when i cut into it.
