As a lifelong pizza enthusiast and a resident of Knik, Alaska, I've been on a seemingly endless quest to find a pizza place that doesn't just deliver... but delivers on taste. And I've finally found it at Blaze Pizza!

From the moment I placed my order, I had a good feeling about it. Let's face it, with a family of six kids, pizza night can be a battleground of preferences. But Blaze Pizza effortlessly catered to everyone's tastes. We ordered seven 11-inch pizzas, each one uniquely crafted to suit the individual likes of my family. The variety and customization options were a game-changer.

The pizzas arrived hot and fresh at our doorstep, a convenience that can't be understated when you're homeschooling and managing a bustling household. The crust? Perfectly baked. The toppings? Fresh and flavorful. Every bite was a harmonious blend of cheesy goodness and well-seasoned ingredients.

Price-wise, Blaze Pizza is spot-on. You get what you pay for and more – quality ingredients, excellent service, and the joy of seeing your whole family relishing their meal. EDIT: I am never visiting this business again, and neither will any of my friends. We are ALL boycotting. These people are liars. They're extremely rude, unmotivated, and consistently offer HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you walk into this business, expect the lowest treatment possible from a restaurant staff. Blaze is dead to me. Their pizza is not worth the treatment of their loyal, honest customers.

April 2024: I love Blaze's food... when I finally get it. The food is amazing, but I can't walk in here without being prepared to spend at least 30-40 minutes waiting for a pizza. I came in at 6:15, and ordering/paying alone took until nearly 7. I literally WATCHED my pizza be made, and then be put in the oven, and I still didn't get it until 7:30. It has not mattered what time a day I walk in... every time its been consistent unnecessarily long waits. Even going at the snail's pace they were, they still lost a couple orders, got some orders...

I don't recommend this place at all. We waited close to an hour. My husband ordered 2 pizzas while I waited with our two kids. They gave one pizza than argued that we only ordered one pizza. My husband had the receipt and let them know second never came out. My kids and I waited until thier drinks were gone than decided we had waited a long enough time on pizza. My husband said another customer even called out the staff for having my husband standing there waiting as long as he was. The staff and manager seemed not fit to be running. This was a very first experience going in. We were excited to try. We won't be going back. From the one pizza out of the two served. It was terrible the crust was burnt so it tasted like a cracker loaded with cheese and sauce. Also it's like eating in a cafeteria you have to get your own napkins to eat off of they don't serve with plates and don't have straws...
