My Wife ordered food from the Panda Express at the Location: 12520 Old Glenn Hwy, Eagle River, AK 99577 and what I found once she got home was a meal that was half eaten and I mentioned she must have been pretty hungry, she said "what" and I showed her the meal. She was taken aback. It looked like someone had discarded the meal in the trash and then sold it to her. I contacted Panda Express and the on duty manger said "oh" we must have put the wrong food into your order. She added she looked a video and said that's what she saw. I asked her for a replace and I drove 35 mile back to the Panda express (round trip 70 miles or so) And by the way we have one 10 miles from our home, and since my wife was in Anchorage she stop at the one on the way home. The manager told me when I said I was going to complain that she won't replace our meal. I then said ok find give me the replacement. NOT A GOOD way to welcome a current customer. Not happy at all, since I felt completely insulted by the lack of attention to a simple thing like "toss the trash in the can" don't resell it.    Read moreI am only here to put up a review because of the chicken teriyaki and the experiences I have had with the quality and quality of service. They stopped making teriyaki sauce in house and went to packets of premade sauce. The new sauce has a burnt flavor and it is unfortunately a big step down in flavor and enjoyability. When I order from here I still get chicken teriyaki, despite the new sauce.
Even though the teriyaki sauce is not made fresh in house anymore that is not my major problem. My lady and I order door dash pretty often from here and for some reason this store neglects to put teriyaki sauce in with the teriyaki chicken I order. This is happening over 50% of the time. The thing that gets me is they forgot to include it when they made sauce in house and now that they have packets they still keep forgetting. I have contacted corporate and they assured me they would discuss the issue with the store directly. There has been no improvement unfortunately.
Itâs like if I wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and got a sandwitch with just peanut butter.
I end up just getting grilled chicken with no sauce.

   Read moreWe enjoyed the food I found that the orange chicken which we usually really enjoy was mediocre. It was lacking the normal amount of sauce and the temperature was medium which indicated that it had been there for some time. Just after we sat down we noticed a whole order of new chicken replaced that which we had ordered. Additionally one of our codiners had ordered vegetables and instead of being told when vegetables would be available they were told that they were going to be getting them done. I would like to suggest your process be to the customer that you're making a fresh batch and they'll notify you as soon as they're ready in 6 minutes or whatever it takes. It was disappointing that when ordering a bowl we could not have the bowl split between two different entrees, the staff had a can't do attitude. One additional point of this restaurant was that the washrooms were in great need of attention including the need for paper towel for drying hands. There was no ice available in the drink dispenser.
