I was actually planning on giving this place 5 stars but even tho the food is great, after being a server in restaurants for years, customer service is quite important to me. I know how it's supposed to be done and as such, I get annoyed when the person helping me is rude. I went thru the drive thru last week and ordered the Impossible Whopper meal and an extra Impossible Whopper. We ordered another meal along with the nuggets for the baby. When we got home, the single sandwich was missing so I called them. They said that it was sitting there and that I could come in within the next month and get it. I figured I'd stop by tonight and grab it and get some fries and things for the kids. The lady in the drive thru knew who I was as soon as I said "I was here about a week ago" that's as far as I got and she knew what I wanted. Then she tells me that she can't do anything. That I was told to come in the daytime before 10pm. Nobody said a word about a time to be there by. When I told her that, she just didn't respond. I said that I wished someone had said that as I live at least 15 miles away. Again, nothing. So I ordered the whole meal again and left. She had a bit of an attitude when I got to the window and I don't know why. I certainly wasn't being nasty to her. So that is how a place can quickly go from 4-5 stars down to 2. Employee rudeness... Since she knew exactly what I was talking about, I'm guessing that she was on drive thru last week as well in which case she was just as rude then! She said "can I help you?" and vanished, leaving us sitting for at least 15 minutes with a line of cars piling up behind me. There was 1 car in front of me and he was long gone yet still we sat. I drove back to the Burger King because they do not answer their phones when you try to call them. I sit in the drive thru again, because you can't go inside (they say they are under staffed) and told them, "I'm missing an item." They said come to the window in a rather rude voice. So I finally get to the Window, tell them I'm missing a burger. After 3 times of the girl at the window, not hearing me, I had to raise my voice a little bit and she goes and gets the manager, I said, I'm missing this burger. They go over and pull it from the shelf. It had been sitting there for 45 minutes at this point. I'm like, no, that thing's sitting there for 45 minutes. Can I receive a fresh burger? They're like, nope. We can give you a refund. I'm like, I don't want a refund, I want the burger that I ordered. At this point, the lady hands me back the receipt and then locks the window. I sit there waiting for them to come back to the window. Finally some guy in a hoodie comes to the window, saying that if I have a complaint, I can contact customer service and they locked the window and would not come back to talk to me. Read morePlaces a order on Burger King app. First time. There was no place to set a time for pick up. Once I placed the order it said my pickup time was an hour earlier then the time I placed it. So I called. The manager who answered was very rude when answering the phone. I said I placed a order on your app and it says the pickup time was an hour ago. The lady very rudely answered I have no control over the app. We will make the order as soon as it comes across. So I asked well how am I supposed to know what time to pick up the order. Long story short the manager would not give me her name lied to me three times that. One that she was not the person I talked to two minutes before. Two that they would make it as soon as the order came across their computer. Cause I called back two minutes later to try and talk to someone els cause she would not let me talk to the other manager that she said was there. That she told me two minutes earlier that there wasn’t any other manager there. So I’m five minutes two calls I was told my order had not come through and they would make it as soon as it came through to you can pick up your order it’s ready.
