To whom it may concern, I pulled in to Wendy’s drive thru at 9:45pm. When we arrived a black car was sitting at the edge of the drive thru not moving. My first thought was that the car was broken down and she needed assistance to move out of the drive thru. When I approached her car, she informed me that she was instructed by the manager to not allow any other vehicles to pull thru. I politely asked her if she was an employee of Wendy’s because she was not in uniform and looked gross. She took a minute to reply then stated “no, but I was instructed to sit here by the manager”. I told her if she wasn’t an employee she needed to move because it says online they close at 10pm. She refused to move. My patience was gone, told her to screw off and approached the window on foot. When I got to the window I asked to speak to a manger, the employees inside obviously knew what was going on because the person block the drive thru was their friend. When the manger got to the window, he was unapologetic and his response was “I told her to block the drive thru at 10pm”. My response was not totally appropriate however it is ridiculous that the manger has his friends block the drive thru so he doesn’t have to work. Eventually he asked the lady to move her car and pull thru via text. Read moreBeen waiting an hour and a half and already paid, just found out they haven’t even started on our order. They have been putting drive through as a priority and have even put two doordash orders that came after us before our order because the doordash drivers got angry. I’ve seen 4 groups of customers walk out already because of the wait time, they are saying short staffing but I’ve seen plenty of workers (I’ve counted 8) I’m 20 years old and have worked plenty fast food jobs in my life and can clearly see the problem is the workers aren’t in a hurry at all and have no communication and keep jumping from task to task. There is probably two workers actually somewhat working and the rest just keep walking around looking at monitors. Very unorganized and idk what to do I can leave and just not get my money back my girlfriend is upset at me because her blood sugar is dropping and this was my idea, they aren’t busy at all and haven’t taken a front counter order in 45 min. I’ve seen so many upset people come through and rightfully so. The food here is so amazing but I wish management can get their stuff together

Read moreAbsolutely the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. There were 10 cars in line so I decided to go in. There’s no one in line. I stand there for 10 minutes, staff sees me, but no one says a word to me. I’m about to leave and someone comes up to the register finally, looks at me but says nothing. I wait a minute then I start saying my order. The cashier, mumbling under his breath tells me to wait a minute. He goes and gets another employee to fix something on the screen. Now asks what I want. I order my food and go to sit and wait. 25 minutes goes by, order still not ready. I go up and ask 30 minutes after ordering and they said it will be about ten more minutes. Finally after about 45min my order is ready… my fries were literally put in the bag upside down, my 6 piece nugget is only 5 very small ones, and the burger wasn’t even the one I ordered. I did not have the time or energy to wait that much longer again. I left and didn’t say anything because at this point so many people had came in that had been through the drive-thru because there were issues with their orders.
