I am not a Dunkin regular by a long stretch but someone mentioned this Dunkin have much better coffee then surrounding Dunkin's so I tried it out.

I did not seem to be more than I expected but the coffee was very hot and I give it a pass. I find some Dunkin establishments coffee seem watered down, i'd compare it to your generic corner breakfast cart you might see in NYC, it's more water and milk than coffee.

Store is laid in a long straight line which gave it a well organized feel and you pass right by the stand up refrigerators with additional beverage options.

Right after the order counter is a Baskin (Robbins) and I really don't know what that's about.

A unique feature at the far end of the store is a large, open, full glass atrium which seems like a nice place to enjoy coffee.

I'd rate on-line or above other Dunkin's based on seating options but coffee was more in line with what I expected and that's why I don't Dunkin.

I’ve been to a few Dunkin’ Donuts around town but this one beats the rest. Sorry. The customer service here is the best when compared to around. The other one would have to be in Plainfield located on terril rd but even then they don’t come as close to the customer service when compared to this location. I’m not a huge fan of the Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast menu items honestly it all tastes the same to me but I enjoy their coffee. Besides the customer service here, they also have an area to sit and study or have a chat. They also have a bask in robins here which there’s only one other Dunkin like that and it’s on front st. The parking here is more than sufficient. It does get a bit busy in the mornings so I do advise ordering on the app but besides the mornings they’re always quick to get...

The team is really great and this location is super convenient. Quick service, polite and friendly staff. Managed the COVID changes nicely and Nikki is always smiling!

I usually do mobile orders and they are typically being placed on the counter as I arrive.

This location doesn't have a drive through and parking can be hit or miss based on the time/day since there are several businesses in this location, but it does turnover quickly.
