Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterbury

Do NOT go to this store unless you think Covid is a hoax. Aside from customer service issues, no one wears gloves and of the, I think, 6 people I saw working at the time, only 1 was wearing a mask over their face. Everyone else had them on their chin, including the food prep person. Also including the person who kept wiping their nose with their hand and then touching everything. And the delivery driver who was touching money and then repeatedly going back behind the counter and touching all kinds of things back there.

As to customer service - they were nice enough. But I ordered online and came into the store when the site said the order was finished. I waited at the counter with staff walking by and doing their own thing for about 5 minutes. No one greeted me or asked if they could help. Finally I asked if anyone was working the counter and was told someone would be there soon. Another person turned around and came to the counter, I gave my name - and he said the order wasn't finished cooking yet. I highly doubt I will ever return to this...

Dirty store, preparation area very exposed to the public. My last order was placed for pickup in the store. There were only two employees in the store. The display showed that my order was ready, but they said it was in the oven. They asked for another 5 minutes. While I was waiting, I noticed that the same people who handled the food without gloves were also processing the payments and no sanitation was done after changing areas. One of them touched the cheese with his hands directly after handling money at the register. Now it makes sense when we suddenly get sick. After waiting 50 minutes in the store for 2 medium pizzas to be ready, they said they were no longer there, and after the third time I asked for them, they said they would start over. Unbelievable, because I waited the entire time inside the store. and said my name more than 3 times. Disgraceful. I would not put anything in my family's stomach from that place again. I asked to my order to be canceled, and they refunded me few minutes later. Dominos Pizza Highland Ave Waterbury...

I ordered on their website and if you absolutely want Domino’s I would recommend ordering it through DoorDash instead of their app or through their website in cases where you might need a refund because the food is crap and you have to order more because the first order was uneatable. I made a complaint through the email and was only given two options 20% off my next order and a free pizza. I don’t want a free pizza or 20% off my next order. I want my money back. It’s $50 down the drain. Tried to call they refused a refund because it’s not “refund worthy”. In my eyes having to order more food because the first order was unable is refund worthy, but oh well. The worker was nice enough, however the second pizza was delivered to the completely wrong address so three stars...
