I go to this location every morning for the past 3 years, the staff is amazing and call me by my name and know my puppies that most times come with me. Even when I place my order they remind me if I forget to ask for something I usually do, today Liz couldn’t understand my coffee order, transfer me to someone else without letting me know I had to repeat my order after saying it to her 4 times. I always order strawberry jelly for my hash brown orders and never get charge for which I wouldn’t mind to pay but when she charge me for it today I asked her why and she said is always charge I told her no is not and she said in a very rude tone what? You wanted or not and I said yes I want it but I never pay for it in 3 years can you call the manager. She than said we don’t have a manager and I said than who told you that you had to charge me for it as she had told me that on the drive thru speaker, she said no one I made the decision and I said ok can you find out with someone else. She called on her cell Edison’s the regional manager and asked me again what you want to do my manager said to charge you and both times I was explaining to her she walked away from window and left me talking to myself and when she came back I told her she had a nasty attitude and she rolled her eyes and said I have a line what you want and I did it mind paying but if she would of told me there’s an additional cost sorry for the misunderstanding and direct me to ask management next time I was back it would of been different than the way she addressed to me very disrespectful and leave a customer talking by her self when I wasn’t using profanity or any attitude was very rude will not be coming back after 3 years of loyalty to this Dunkin cause f situation with this employee is not addressed CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS, customers like me keep your business going and staff like Liz break great...
Read moreI went to this dunkin today for coffee, the same thing I always get, with caramel swirl, sugar, and Almond milk. Today they tried to give me CREAM in my coffee, which I can't have because I am lactose intolerant! When I said it wasn't Almond milk, the cashier ARGUED with me, then begrudgingly had the staff make me a new one. I paid extra for the Almond milk, and I wanted it! I got almond milk this time for sure! (there is an obvious color difference) I took a sip and GROSS! THEY DIDN'T ANY CARAMEL SWIRL OR SUGAR IN IT! I pulled back into the parking lot and went inside. A crew member dumped half of the coffee out, put the flavoring and sugar in it and handed it to me. There was 1 peice of ice, so I asked for more. Read moreI go to this Dunkin every single morning. This morning I go there to get my coffee with my brand new truck evidently the girl was too busy to make sure that the lid was on. Hands me the coffee and the majority of it spills in my cup holders and all over the gray interior of my truck which is only 2 years old. Opens up the window and hands me three napkins to soak up probably 12 oz of coffee. I had to ask for enough napkins to absorb the rest of it. So I call and ask to speak to the manager and she says I have to come back the next day. You mean to tell me she's not going to speak to the manager?
