Review: Well i did not look forward to doing a review and now I am here doing a canon review -_-
I been going to this starbucks at 544 Reidville Dr since it's opening and used to frequent this location abit but over time my view of the location change due to various different factors.
Note: Note not all my thoughts/opinions will be listed but just enough to get a point across thanks for you understanding.
Customer service: Costumer service can be hit or miss but not all the staff are bad people and there are good people there, it just not everyone.
Opinion: I stop by every now and then but rarely and when i do go to this location i definitely don't feel welcome there and i don't know what the issue is and at this point don't care.. it is, what it is.
Drinks: The drinks there are usually spot on and it very, very rare that they make a mistake when I order so no complaints on my end all good.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere is straight forward and simple and if your trying to get away from reality for abit or maybe read a book or do some work on a laptop, etc it a good place to go.
Seating: The seating is as with any coffee shop if it gets busy it's hard to find seats and if it not as busy it is easy to find seats.
Final Thoughts: It hard for me to give this starbucks location a low rating due to other reason outside the review but (2) stars it is and I don't expect improvement or change.
I believe the review will be over look and laughed off potentially but my advice to some of the people that are disappointed with the customer service at the starbucks on 544 Reidville Dr.
Advice: A simple fix to the problem is just stop going there and stop spending money there problem solved and it make it easier for ya.
FYI: You can always make coffee at home and save time and money just saying 😉

This place is so off brand you can’t even call it “what it is” the atmosphere is off no one greets you which is new to me since I usually walk into a Starbucks everyday before work and this is the first place that just doesn’t care to give that kind of customer service. Secondly, we all make mistakes we are human but I’m used to having my issue fixed in store if my drink was made incorrectly. I ordered a blended drink and it was all liquid so I asked them to correct it and she did but ever since that one exchange they have made EVERYTHING I’VE ORDERED WRONG !!! I have ordered a “SPLASH” of cream in my cold brew and have received an extremely light coffee that’s more than a splash . I have order non dairy since it tends to upset my stomach and I can tell they add dairy products even when I specifically asked for non dairy . I also order food with customization that gets completely ignored and never added in my order . And lastly my food is always a mess like my burrito not being wrapped and tossed in a bag or my sandwich being made with poor placement eggs hanging off the toast or 1 pcs of bacon my Gouda . It’s really sad as I was extremely excited to have moved to an area where Starbucks is within minutes of my home but due to all these experiences I hate to have to find a different location to go to simply due to poor quality at this...
Read moreI had asked for light ice in my drink because Starbucks tends to fill their cups with ice and sell water to their customers. When I got to the window yet again they filled the cup with ice In my drink. I went inside and the supervisor was very aggressive with slamming things because she had to make the drink again and was horrible when I asked who her manager was. She got very condescending and asked me if could relay a message and I most certainly did and my message will go up to the very top of her managers. And the audacity that's these 'workers' ask for a tip with their card machines. We know what the question is the baristas DO NOT NEED TO LET US KNOW! When they can't even hand a napkin to their customers through the drive thru, they expect tips for making coffee and handing it to us. I reached my limit and filed a complaint with the district manager. Starbucks seriously needs to reevaluate their system and pay their employees before expecting customers to pay their salaries with tips and train for better customer service. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Especially that disgraceful woman who calls herself a supervisor at the Reidville Dr Starbucks in Waterbury Connecticut.
