So we decided today to order from wayback burgers and it was the worst experience I ever had. We ordered over the phone and picked it up 20 mins later. I brought my 4 year old daughter to accompany me in the pick up of the food. My daughter and I walked in to pick up and pay. My daughter was greeted with a small fountain drink cup and the employee was facinated with my daughter. The employee stated " HI there, do you want this" she replied with a shake of her head no" I immediately said it's okay, not trying to be rude. At that moment I knew she was right by denying the offer. The employee continued to smile at her as we walked over to the fountain soda machine. When we started to fill the cup up with soda the employee called his fellow Co worker to bring to his attention my daughter and he stated something in his language. As he was talking with his co-worker they both were smiling and giggling while speaking in their language. I completely felt uncomfortable and I saw my daughter also. We walked over and the smiling and giggling continued so I asked my daughter to have a seat while I paid to get the attention away from her. The employee continued with the smiling and giggling at her while I was trying to block the pathway of of eyesight. He then leaned over to regain eyesight and I turned around to say let's go in a calm manner. This experience was the worst and will not return to Wayback Burgers but will inform everyone how about the inappropriate behavior that...
Read moreWe ordered online with special instructions on one of the burgers. Add chili ($.75 extra) and no cheese. We specifically asked for dairy free for a food allergy. I should have opened the burgers before we left, but I only counted the items. When we got home, we found that not only was the chili left off the burger, but it had cheese on it. Back in the car, back to the shop where I showed them the slip and asked for the whole order to be redone ( it was now 45 min old, cold and soggy from the back and forth in the car). Fast forward ten min, and I have my new order... And this time I opened my wife's burger to verify that it was correct... But I didn't count the items in the bag... Guess where this is going? I returned home to find that this time we had no fries. This time, we are starving, and ate the burgers, but called in to see if we can get a refund for the fries. They told us that we can't get a refund, but they took our name so we can get free fries next time. You'll forgive me if I don't hold my breath counting on that promise. Besides, I don't think we'll be going back. G's Burger is only...
Read moreI feel bad for them. They have way too many orders coming in to adequately service everyone. There were numerous Grub Hub and Uber Eats drivers waiting for their orders, as well as people who ordered ahead of time, and then there were the poor souls like me who just walked in and ordered. Their grill is about the size of my coffee table so pretty much only 1 person can cook on it. For someone looking for a "fast food" option, it wasn't quite that. Many people came in and out numerous times checking on their orders which were never ready. From ordering to walking out the door with my order it was just under 30 minutes. The food tastes good but definitely order ahead (add to that chaos I guess so you don't have to stand around!) Also, our burgers were prepared on the grill at the same time as about 20 other burgers, mine was fine but my husband's wasnt cooked all the way through. I didn't deduct any points for the chaos, I know how corporate works, they think their store employees should be miracle workers and don't care how...
