Stonehouse Pizza — Restaurant in Waterbury

I have been a customer along with my roommate, not saying no names but I see a reason why my favorite workers are gone, I live about a 1/4 mile away and order 2 times a week never a problem, I finally order wen the owner answers the phone after I get put on hold twice by some girl that answers the phone( she is new cause wen I called back she said she was), I hang up both times but because I love the pizza and the delivery guys I still wanted to order, I knew the girl must have been new cause I can tell how she took my order, I have lately been writing down the correct prices on my menu and get different prices sometimes but I correct them,, i can show a pic of their menu and it says" delivery done right" I never got charged a delivery fee nor have they ever said anything about a delivery fee, they are losing my business , 2 $ adds up over a lot of orders but I'm stopping it now, greedy pos, I even told the delivery guy, that they are taking money out his pocket cause I know its not his fault but owner gonna know that he lost my business!! How does someone just throw in a delivery fee wen its not advertised, not even posted...

1st time visiting stone house and my man Kong was the coolest dude I’ve met out here in a long while . He made me and my wife a white pizza with chicken and he was not satisfied with the outcome due to the Parmesan cheese making the tomatoe a bit crispy around the edges and did not hesitate to give us the first pie on the house and continue to make us a LARGE of the same pie only charging us for the size of the small we had initially ordered the pie was amazing to say the least . Very tasty mixture of toppings and all came together better than I had imagined ! No grease , crust and bottom of the pie was done to perfection and everyone at home was pleased ! Very respectable , stand up and kind man I will say , he did not have to do any of that but most definitely deserves to be noticed for his kindness that in our world of today is not just anywhere & most definitely goes very far with people as myself . INCONSISTENT... VERY GOOD PIZZA OR ABSOLUTELY UNEDIBLE... great people but if u feel like gambling with ur families lunch or dinner... I'd rather go to casino if I wanna gamble!!!!!!!!!!! ...PRICES & PEOPLE ARE GOOD BUT SADLY IT'S A STAY AWAY... STAY FAR AWAY FOR ME 😔

Update... i visited Stonehouse again & same guy was working... no, disrespect I don't know his name but he was Asian looking & same problem... soggy disgusting pizza even the sauce cheese ratio was off... this guy needs retraining... I hope the owner reads this... I know he's been there awhile but sometimes in all professions u need to "GET BACK TO BASICS" I hope he gets the retraining he needs... I will come back in the future to support!!!!! again because he's great with the customers just needs to a little more TLC in making pizza again.... hope he's finds the love ❤️ for pizza making again... or u definitely lost a lot of business because it can't just be me he's making disgusting pizza...
