I called Benny’s bagels five minutes before they were closing. My sister was suffering from her spouse, tragically passing away- and I needed to feed five of her children. I asked the gentleman who I believe to be the owner if he had any bagels left and he said he had an assorted amount left. I was on my way and he packed up the bagels that I wanted with two tubs of cream cheese. He said he would stay open for me until I got there five minutes after they closed. Absolutely blown away by the service, kindness, and generosity. This guy knows what’s he doing- old SCHOOL...
