This should have been a blip on my day but somehow their inefficiency put us 15 minutes behind schedule. We used the drive thru to order one 20oz hot coffee, upon pulling up to the drive thru speaker we were told to wait, which we did for nearly 4 minutes. Once our order was taken there was one car at the window, one car behind the first car and then ourselves. After waiting the initial 5 minutes we thought it would breeze by boy were we wrong. First car waits and waits and waits some more to finally be handed two drinks. They pull away and the second car proceeded to wait, and wait until the employee finally took payment. At this point we're thinking it's going to be quick to leave and we'll be on our way, it takes another 5 minutes from time of payment for the second car to also receive two drinks. It's finally our turn, and we get to wait to pay, finally pay thinking there's no way our drink isn't ready until the employee informs me our drink will be a few more minutes. A few minutes go by, a new employee brings me my drink but frozen, not hot. When I told her I ordered a hot coffee she seemed irritated I wouldn't accept the frozen alternative and went back to make the right drink. The hot coffee admittedly did come fairly quickly from that point on but the build up to receive one drink was a complete inconvenience and put me nearly 15 minutes behind schedule. I would not recommend this drive thru, I have not utilized the inside of the business but if it's run anything like the drive thru I'd imagine it's also a train wreck. Today I ordered the same exact drink for both my mom and I, they both tasted completely different and neither of which tasted like how it normally tastes.
To add to it they didn't give us one of our drinks. They read back our order which included all 7 drinks, and everything was right and paid for. I guess it's part my fault bc didn't pay attention when getting the drinks at the window and we did not realize until we got home and passed drinks out (which is 20minutes away). I called and they seemed very uninterested in the fact that they missed one of the drinks or the fact that I have to drive 20minutes back to get it. I was given a very bland apology and said "well if you want to come get it we will have it for you". We'll, of course I would like what I paid for and I don't necessarily expect anything for free, but I did expect somewhat of a genuine customer service response to a mistake that was made with our order.
