Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread today around 530pm. I went into the location to pick it up knowing it probably wasn't ready yet. Paid for it and waited for it to finish. There was I think five people working, phones not ringing, no other customers there, no orders sitting in the warmer boxes.. therefore not busy. After coming back inside after being in the car for a while. A different employee then the first one asks how they can help me? Tell them my name and as he turns around another employee is sliding two pizzas into the warmer thing. (Happens to be my pizzas) he pulls them out then starts looking around. No cheesebread in sight. He walks to the back where all the other employees are only to come back and say "yeah they forgot to make your cheesebread they are going to make one now." At this point I look at the time and realize I can't wait 10 minutes or whatever for it to be made and cooked. I tell the kid I just need my money back. So he calls over the manager I would assume because he had to do the refund. He does not say ONE SINGLE WORD to me no I'm sorry about this or whatever, nothing. He acted as if I was irritating him as he thud, thud, thuds on the monitor. Then turns and walks away. The other employee steps back up and says "do you have the card you put it on?" No, I paid cash. So he calls the "manager" back over again, he doesn't say a word to me. This time thudding even harder on the screen. He hands me my money back I say thank you he turns and walks away. I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have ordered here probably 6 or 7 times. Today will be the last time. Total lack of respect, zero customer service, he never even apologized, let alone offered anything for...

I just wanted something simple so I ordered stuffed cheese bread, I opened the box after it was delivered and my jaw dropped. I’m appalled that they would even box this and send this to a customer. I can guarantee had they cooked this for themselves they would have made themselves a new one. But instead they burn a paying customers food, box it up, and send it on its way…..only to get to the customer who can’t even bite off a piece because not only is it burnt to crisp, it’s fricking stale. NOT EDIBLE. AT ALL. So burnt the edges of bread curled. It’s disrespectful that they would see how burnt this is and not remake it. What a joke. I’d go somewhere else if I were you.

Oh and don’t bother calling the 800 number that they provide on here when they want you to report something that upset you, I called and the person on the other end barely said two words and when I told her what happened, she condescendingly was like “ok???” - then at the very end of the conversation she says “well what do you want Hungry Howies to do about it?” - I’m sorry but, what? Isn’t that what the number is provided for is a solution?...

The pizza was EXCELLENT that good of a pizza from anywhere and I couldn't say how long Pizza Hut horrible never order there again they don't make their deep dish pan pieces like they used to it's a different recipe and I've ordered from other pizza places I could take it or leave it.. hungry Howie's I decided to try them today again that's from the years that I've tried them whoever made it today was excellent and overall just I mean like I said one of the best pizzas I've had and I couldn't say how how long I actually haven't quit ordering piece so because how bad I would get you know different places how bad it was unless I wouldn't person and picked it up but still not as good as this so they need five stars of people that work there the management team the owner all that I mean they did an excellent job and the delivery was perfect the girl the lady that delivered it it was funny she actually lived near me so it was super hot but even in spite of that her living you know right in the same complex it was excellent it was made perfect I would advise anybody to order...
