Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Waterford Township

Thoroughly disgusted. I live approximately 1.5 miles from this Jimmy John's location, I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location for at least 10 years or more. My most recent purchase, on May 30th, was delivered by the normal delivery guy who knows me and I come right out and grab my food from him. Today June 1st I placed an order at 3:16 p.m., it was 4:10 and I still didn't have it so I made a call, and some inconsiderate disrespectful girl on the phone told me that someone put a note in my account to never deliver to my address again. This female tried to state that it was my request to never have anyone delivered to my address again, which, was a complete lie. When I asked this lady when the note was put in and by whom because I just had to delivery 2 days ago, she got mad and annoyed and told me if I wanted to come into the store I could place my order. Do not order from this location, do not go into the store and eat at this location, they are the most disrespectful individuals and lie about customers and Managers actually add notes to customer's accounts and then...

I loved it. Loved it. Had it delivered multiple times. One day I call and im told sorry we can't deliver to your address. We can deliver to a address three houses down but thats as far as we can go.....theyd be driving past my house to get to said address. The manager was rude and very disrespectful towards me. After calling a few different stores I found one owned by the same guy. That manager had to call this store and school them on their delivery areas. I received a call back telling me sorry and offering me the three subs I wanted to order free. I told the manager to go sit on them and have yet to go back to...

I appreciate these guys so much, got our orders perfect even with the last minute change! I am so sorry to them for ordering last minute, I didn't realize it was like 10 to closing! Thank you guys!

Aug 8th: Had to update because I was honestly very disappointed. Wouldn't let me put the rating on the update so I've had to add it here. Photos are from today. Ordered the hunters club and Tuna club which is what we usually get and offers double meat, paid extra for Avocado. Found no Avocado and there's almost no meat on either sandwhich. And there not...
