Arby's — Restaurant in Waterloo

No workers to be found when we entered the establishment. We stood there for 2 minutes before anyone came up to the counter. Although we could hear them talking loudly from the back before they appeared. The napkin dispensers were DISGUSTING with crud caked round the edges of both the side counter & the middle counter. Needless to say we took no napkins with us. The rest of the store seemed clean enough. We ordered 2 beef & Cheddar's. The cheddar was all over the outside of the bun of 1 sandwich. Both sandwiches tasted good, but the roast beef was stacked lopsidedly onto the buns, & had to be rearranged before we could eat them so everything wouldn't slide off the bun. I ordered the 2 for $6 Special, one Fish with no lettuce and extra tarter sauce and one Roast Beef with cheese. What I received was a Fish Sandwich WIITH lettuce and regular tarter sauce and a Roast Beef WITHOUT cheese. The food was barely warm and was ready so quickly that I had the impression that they just gave me sandwiches that were ready and sitting under heat lamps before I even ordered and they just gave me what they ready. I did not have to wait in line at all but, still, the food was bagged up and ready as soon as I had paid my bill. I got a wagyu burger that was burnt on the outside and raw in the inside. It came with shredded lettuce that tasted and looked old as hell, same with the tomatoes. I took one bite and tossed it. My boyfriend got the 2 for 7 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches with extra cheddar, which they charged us for, and we didn't receive.They also put some nasty metallic tasting sauce on it that had have been spoiled because it ruined the whole thing and he didn't eat his either.
