In response to owner reply. I nor anyone in my group was rude at any time. Additionally we tipped our server well because we don't blame her for the food issues. You Jeremy did not address anything at our table and did not show your face nor did your manager. Lying about a customer as well as your staff by saying they said things that I would be sure they didn't is not in good taste and not good for your business. Sad you would stoop to that level, but further shows your business is not a place for me to spend my money. Manager was also never even near our table. I don't blame your staff and didn't at any time. I would recommend focusing your efforts on improving the areas that are lacking so you can bring the Eagle back to the once great place it was. Server was polite, but service was extremely slow and she didn't come around often. The regular pizza and the Mac and cheese were the only items that were correct. 2 ordered the special boneless wings and they were cut up chicken because they ran out and didn't ask about subbing. Gluten free pizza was very undercooked and tasted awful. Chicken sandwich was brought out instead of a tenderloin. This place has gone in the wrong direction....

Had a bad experience quite awhile back but was going to give them another try during the recent IrishFest. I ordered a beer, my wife had a club soda, as she planned on driving. Found nothing on the “abridged” menu so we decided to just finish our drinks and leave. Before we could do that the “waitress” came over and said the tables were for “food customers” and wanted us to close our tab but we could take our drinks with us. I politely complied and we left. Considering the caliber of food we saw coming out during the first five minutes into my Bud Light we probably dodged a gastrointestinal bullet. They will NOT receive another dollar from me EVER again and I will NEVER recommend them. I work with individuals from mental and behavioral health, the individuals decided to go to listen to live music band tonight, the server brought us water and left then came back but the one of the individuals wasn't ready for her order, when she was ready, almost all of the server are saying that they don't kn who is serving us..
