Called our order in from the parking lot, worker stated that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes later I go inside only to find out that they haven't even began cooking our order! 2 Caucasians come in after me & they order their food, it is cooked & promptly served! EVERYONE else needs the same speedy service!! I need the same courtesy you give to them! ((After that 2 more customers arrive, who are Black & have a call-in order & they're rudely told that they have to pay before they even start preparing their food!! They are shocked as well cause they have been long time customers as well. When the other 2 ladies ran the phone & service counter there were NO PROBLEMS OR BAD VIBES)) I asked the ladies where my order is & now she states that we only start cooking it when it is paid for! What? My husband has been eating here for 18 months, making call-in orders, going through the drive up window paying & leaving with no wait time! Now there are 2 new young women in there that are running off loyal customers because of their nonchalant attitudes! What is the purpose of having a number to call-in your order if it not going to be prepared & ready? Most people are on their way to work or on break and do NOT have an extra 15-30 minutes to wait on top of the 15 minutes you promised that it would take on the phone! FYI: Stay away if you're black, they prefer to ONLY smile & serve the caucasian...
Read moreI have exhausted all my efforts in giving an establishment constructive criticism, I reviewed this establishment and that review was deleted. I asked for a reasonable explanation and it was also deleted AND did not get a reasonable explanation! So here it is. Last night at 8:05pm I went to grab food and Los Reyes posted THAT DAY they would be open until 8:30pm. When I came in, the lady working RUDELY said, “Closed” not even a sorry we are closed, just “were closed” and walked to the back of the kitchen. I love the food, but what I experienced last night with this establishment was not up to par to what it usually is. Instead of an explanation at the time, they later waited to say why. Ran out of meat, which is understandable but they didn’t even ask what I wanted. What if I simply just wanted a soda? I will no longer be eating at this establishment because of the way they respond to constructive criticism. They have lost a lot of customers now because I was simply not asked, “I am sorry, we are out meat, but is there something you wanted that we can maybe make for...
Read moreI wanted to try missions style burrito so I ordered the California burrito. I got the Carne Asada for meat. The quality of the Carne asada was very average, the meat was so chopped up it almost felt like ground meat, it reminded me of maid rite loose meat, also a bit dry. The meat portion was very generous though, which I'm not sure if it's a good thing because it made the burrito a bit dry and hard to chew, need better meat, fries,Pico, sour cream, guacamole ratio.
The burrito should come with guacamole, sour cream, and Pico deGallo. I haven't noticed any of the ingredients in the burrito apart from some pico de Gallo, no guacamole or sour cream. This made the burrito dry and hard to chew.
The supplied salsa made eating the burrito more enjoyable. Need to make salsa cups a bit bigger, these cups are so small it's laughable. It doesn't make sense that when you eat in they give you whole bottles of salsa to use then return, but when you take your food out, you're given tiny cups.
Lastely, the aluminum foil was small, didn't wrap the...
