My carb and fat intake levels reach gargantuan levels as temperatures begin to drop. Not only do I crave large amounts of pasta and grains, it is the one time I begin to eat obnoxious amounts of pizza - hot, cold, good or bad. I don’t care. I crave the fat, the salt, and the canvas of bread it all rests on. So it’s no surprise that I’ve already tried all the spots within a mile radius and know what I would expect from each one. Arsenal Pizza became my go-to spot for a different reason than just the food. They serve decent pizza; nothing mind blowing or out of this world. The price is decent and the fire times just like any other place. It is built to order like almost everyone else and the service is as simple and straightforward as it can be. It usually is empty when I’m there with a few trickling in to pick up phone orders or grabbing a slice or two before heading back out. On top of that, I have no mobile signal in there…(blah, blah, yippie-di-blah). Somehow, I’ve actually fallen in love with this place because of the lady who works there. I see her as the epitome of hard work with long hours alone and feeding the community that comes in to this neighborhood joint. It doesn’t matter how tired she is (or looks), she does it well and with purpose. I’ve never seen her smile until the one time I said, ā€œmy favorite lady!ā€ and she just said, ā€œsame pizza?ā€ Whaaaat? She actually remembered me but never showed any indication of it? It was a sweet moment to me that a woman with stoically conservative mannerisms showed any sign of affection to a customer. I’ve been back many time since and each time, this personal bias has only made me appreciate even more the taste of my go-to pizza: veggie lovers pizza, add sausage, add meatball. A perfect combination of everything I’d ever want atop a well baked piece of fat veggie meaty bread.

Quick option for lunch made me stop here. I give it up to the older woman working by herself making sandwiches, pizzas taking phone orders and working the counter. Would have liked the cheese on my steak to be a bit more melted but I'm not complaining the flavor was there. Was told 15 mins but it was more like 30. This place would get 4 to five stars very easily if they had more help.

From a national pizzeria reviewer rated top 10% in the world on Google maps. I wasn't so sure by the looks of it...but the taste is decent.still juice after being in the warmer for a long time as it was the last one left. The service was excellent at the counter

Get pizza only if you go. This was my first time will be my last time. I ordered a turkey and cheese asked for pickles and hots and had it toasted and iced tea. Sub was $7and some change iced tea was $1.75 Took them 15 mins. Simple. The sub had 3 pcs of turkey a slice of cheese (cut in half) a tablespoon of pickles and maybe , maybe A teaspoon of hots. Definitely not worth 10 bucks. Very disappointing too because place came highly...

One of my favorite places for lunch. Service is excellent! The menu isn't huge but you'll find all the usual pizza and sub options, plus pasta, burgers, gyros, and a few other items. Whatever you get, you can bet that it will be good. Sides like fries are large portions, and you might want to share with a friend or three.

I suggest calling ahead if you're getting pizza, pasta, or calzones, which take a bit...
