I first brought an inoperative audiophile cassette deck for repair to a different shop, after a week or so I got a call and was told it could not be repaired. Since this was a very expensive unit I thought I’d give it another try and after a net search found Aztech that was about an hour away from me. Their ratings were high so I called them and told them story and they said they’d give it a try. Al, the technician, called me after a few days and told me that things were assembled backwards, switches were bent etc etc. and he sad he thought he’d get it working. Bottom line...Al successfully repaired it and I’m now enjoying my 32 year old cassette deck...

Tom and Allen from Aztech Electronics were both helpful and incredibly nice. I contacted them about a portable radio that had high sentimental value. Instead of shrugging me off, they took the time to make several recommendations of things to try first before bringing the little radio in for repairs that could cost more than it's worth.
