Bamboo Kitchen — Restaurant in Watertown

Driver was pretty rude. When I placed the order the restaurant never asked me whether cash or card on the phone like any other delivery in this area. Also, they told me 30 mins, showed up in 10. Normally that isn’t an issue it’s just that the driver was insanely rude and gave me a phone call guilt trip for making him wait by a couple mins. I tipped him well for his 3-4 min wait (considering I’m less than half a mile away) and his attitude still didn’t improve. He made a comment of “I hope you learned your lesson” and (You’re on an annoyance scale of 4/10) with an obvious irritated tone after I gave him a $10 tip. Food is a 5 or 6. There’s a better Chinese restaurant in town flavor wise and definitely more respectful employees. Can’t fault the restaurant but the driver with the grey long hair shouldn’t be in the service industry, his attitude stinks. I’ve been a customer here for years but probably never again. we usually love this place but today when we ordered.... I asked for no breading on both of our entrees and they were both Breaded and undercooked, soggy and mushy, when I called in my order they said they would do no breading on our chicken entrees but it would cost extra which I said was fine. so I paid extra for undercooked Breaded chicken. also missing a fried rice with one of the entrees that we ordered. and to top it off 3 of the 4 fortune cookies had no fortune inside. we will not be returning to bamboo kitchen for...
