Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Watertown

I gave 5 stars for atmosphere and service because I've never had an issue, but also, as odd as it feels giving a carry-out pizza place 5 stars for atmosphere, I also can't knock them for the lack of atmosphere. I've never even talked to a person who works there, so I'm giving 5 stars for service due to never having an issue that required needing service.

What is good about this location is the food. Our food is always cooked properly. I didn't eat at a LC for over a decade, but their Crazy Bread called me one day. I answered, and have enjoyed the food we've picked up from their little Hot and Ready holding boxes since. Ordering is easy, food is always cooked properly, your order is ready quickly, and it's very affordable. You can't go wrong if you just want a fast, cheap bite.

I'll be honest, I thought I had grown past Little Caesars after my teens, but I came back to them to try the new pepperoni-palooza or whatever it's called. And I'll admit, I'm hooked again. The pizza is tastes great, and you can't beat the price. The dipping sauces are pretty disgusting though. The garlic dip is like melted garlic flavored jello. Watertown's shop gets an A+ for customer service too. I've called in my orders are they are super friendly on the phone and in store. The employees all seem nice and having a good time. Piss poor customer service. Got cold food and undercooked food and they refused to give me a refund blaming doordash for the whole order. Went through doordash and they said that they couldn't help because it was ordered through little caesars app not doordash. Called again and asked for a a manager her name was either Amanda or Amber. Very rude lady kept saying she couldn't help me and that ordering through the little caesars app meant nothing. Refused to help me through my situation when I said the food wasn't cooked all the way also. Overall a very poor experience I'd rather go to pizza hut when they reopen. Never again will I eat at...
