Marshmallow Sky and Chocolate Therapy in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone :-). The ice cream was delicious and the service was super friendly and fast. The cone didn’t taste fresh though (was a little hard. I almost couldn’t bite it but I have a medical condition and am more fragile. It’s just that I’m pretty sure it wasn’t made today because that doesn’t normally happen to me). I didn’t realize it was hurting my teeth until I’d eaten most of it so next time I would return the cone part and ask for a fresher one. I’m sure someone without my condition would have enjoyed the cone. Fully accessible and parking and handicapped parking right next door.

When a 6 years old tells you that the ice cream is "very small", you know that you did not get much ice cream for $5.75. As we asked for 2 flavors, and not seing it, I went back into the store. I was told that, yes, that cup contained 2 flavors. I had to dig to double check that it contained 2 flavors. It did. picture below.. if you look very carefully you might be able to see it. again: Half full kiddie cup for $5.75 + tip Pro tip: Go to Roche Bros, literally 20 yards away, buy a pint (and you'll get a pint, not 3 TBSP) : you won't disappoint a 6yrs old. (and feel that you've been ripped off) -it's freaking shameful. Sat 07/22. 12:15 pm

Prior to my recent experience, i had already had bad experiences in this location. First of the customer service is very much lacking. You walk in and nobody greets you, they all stand around talking to each other not taking anyones orders or acknowledging you. This happened on multiple occasions and doesn’t seem to change. When they finally took my order the only took down one order which took forever to complete due to their conversations with with other. I understand wanting to converse at work to pass time but the lack of service and attention is the real issue. When we finally got our orders it was not done correctly. We ordered a cookies and cream milk shake but when we got it, it was literally all milk. I will not be coming back to this location after the multiple chances of redemption i just cant allow myself to spend my money somewhere they clearly dont care about...

My time here at Ben & Jerrys was impeccable. After rolling in 10 minutes before closing, expecting side eyes, and rushed service, I was actually given the complete opposite. The staff were extremely friendly and quite welcoming despite the late time. While looking through the dipping case wondering which flavors I was going to have, one of the staff offered for samples and told me to take my time, I didn't feel like a burden at all! The shop was also relatively clean even though the doors were soon to be locked. I seriously appreciate and underestimated the kindness of the staff and I am 100% looking forward to visiting this shop once again (but...
