JOSH & DREW…where are you??? it hurts me to leave this review so much cause we have been coming here for a decade!!! Uggghhhh but truth be told!!! Me and my wife had a late lunch here today and let me tell you….WOW……WHAT A TERRIBLE experience… the atmosphere was super cool, clean and welcoming….but,……the food and the cook…whoa!!! DUMP food…..DUMP attitude…the server was super cool but the cook must have had a bad night out…I think she was hungover honestly……very VERY bad attitude VERY mean and was basically screaming at and “bulling” the server….the food was lackluster and bland…and extremely high priced….The cook was very edgy and plain down out right unprofessional….we paid $50 bucks for a small patty of meat on a paper plate!….$15.00 bucks for a burger? I went to pick n save after and bought 4 1/2 burgers for $10…we ordered wings too and they were all flats….no drums….and dry…we wont be back for food….EVER!….this place looks welcoming but trust me its all about the cash!!! Go somewhere else and avoid! We are paying customers not a co worker…at one point the cook yelled at us because we asked a question about the wings…she shouted across the bar “THE BAG WAS AT ITS END”…screaming!!!....WOW!!!! Im still completely flabbergasted and leveled! This place SUCKS!!! Dont waste a moment of your life here…..(lifes 2 short) 150%!!!! You cant...

Will the manager please message me! Well I posted this the day of the problem. No one has reached out to me so here it is. We went in for dinner, and ordered an app. And a pizza. The app. Never came out and when asked the waitress said the cook was busy and forgot. Ok. So we get the pizza first and told her we didn't want the app anymore seeing as the pizza came out first. Then the pizza wasn't cut through so I had to cut it again. She said it happens often. I told her that her tip depends on the staff working together and she said that her parents died and left her a bunch of money so it didn't matter about the tip. WHAT?? That has nothing to do with our treatment! She texted my phone the next day as she has my business card, and proceeded to tell me she took the app off of the bill and that food is expensive. This I know. It takes us 30 minutes to get to the place and there are many places in between but we chose to come here. We really like this place and the food is very good. I do believe that there should be some better training for some of the staff to ensure that no one ever has to write another review like this one. It's very unfortunate that no one had...

Voted "best burger in Watertown", beating out the likes of Zwieg's, Mullen's, and many more including chain restaurants. After finally trying it, I don't know why. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was okay. It wasn't horrible, but it was average and expensive. Paper thin bacon rounds were an additional $2, carry out containers are $0.50 each, there was a 3% fee for not using cash, and a10% gratuity fee built into the bill for the order being over $50 (this "gratuity" is not optional, though there is an option to add a tip if you're still feeling generous after all the fees). All in all, I fed 3 adults for a hair under $60 and all of us were underwhelmed. There's a lot of hype in town for Bigg's burgers, but they might be better if you opt to get drunk before eating. If you happen to be at Bigg's and want a burger, its fine, but there's a lot of competition in town that is more than "fine"...
