Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Watertown

Tried to order online and it allowed me to add to cart but when trying to check out, website said they cant accept delivery orders right now. Tried to switch to pick up and it said they can't accept that either. Husband called the order in but there was a huge price difference than what our online order said. Got that fixed. Would take 45 mins for delivery. Half hour after that time-frame, I looked at the order tracker online and it said sorry, your order was canceled. No notice or call to us to let us know. Husband called and they said they couldn't find the order but had his information in the system (this was our first time ordering from here). It would be another 45 mins to an hr to have it re-ordered/delivered. Husband was willing to pick up instead and he was told they were not taking orders at this time. I had to order several pizzas for our 2 football teams that were playing in Watertown, I had to make 2 separate orders to be delivered at 2 separate times. When I called I talked with Charlie who was so charming & extremely helpful! He made the ordering process easy & was thorough with details in making sure the orders were correct & delivered to the right place at the right time. It was truly a pleasure to work with him!

Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of ther person who delivered the pizzas that night, but he was also very helpful & super friendly!

It was absolutely great working with this Topper's Pizza location! I would definitely reccomend them to everyone & will order from them again the next time our team is in town! And reports from the players were that the pizza...

I’m giving this a decent review because the staff was very friendly & I want them to stay in business. I will say that the wings were good!! The Mac & cheese was.. not good. I don’t think it has anything to do with the people making it? It’s more so the quality. I’ve had many boxed Mac & cheese better than this. I also understand that this is toppers. It’s not going to be the fanciest place to dine, but a suggestion to the company itself would be better pasta. The cheese sauce isn’t real cheese. It’s topped with real cheese so that’s good but the execution is off. They need a better way to prepare this. I think it was $7. Which is insane for really crappy Mac & cheese.
