Just stopped at this location to get a blue raspberry coffee coolatta. Normally the blue raspberry coffee coolatta comes in blue. When I got served my coffee coolatta it wasn’t my normal order. I tried to ask questions politely to understand why they do it different at this location and the woman who served me was beyond rude. The most horrible customer service I think I’ve experienced. I never write complaints but this encounter got me so upset that I had to come on here. I even asked for a manager and a refund because I did not want to do business with them after that interaction. They refused a refund saying they do not give refunds even though there are no signs or policy stating that. She stopped taking my order and walked off into the back. It’s very disrespectful to people who pay their hard earned money to not expect basic customer service. If you do NOT LIKE YOUR JOB IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY PLEASE STOP WORKING THERE. Read moreI used to frequent this this Dunkin' and always had a good experience, the place was clean and the workers were friendly. Until today, I went around 9PM, purchased my coffee, and got settled to start doing my school work. Not more than 10 minutes later the employee announced they would be closing early since it was "slow"(There were no less than 10 people in there, not what I would consider slow at all, posted hours are until 12AM) When one of the other patrons expressed they were upset they were closing early the employee responded "blame the manager." I find it hard to believe any of this story about the manager telling them to close early is true. This wasted a lot of valuable time for me.

Read more2 people work here, a lady and a guy. When the lady covers the shift, everything is fantastic, and I've never had any issues with my order.
When the guy covers the shift, it's a Russian roulette. I've had my order messed up many times, and the last strike was making an iced coffee when I ordered a hot one. It was online, so there were no excuses for miscommunication, etc.
I order everything in advance so I can grab it and go to work. I often get my order done later than people who just walk in, even tho mine was placed 10 minutes in advance.
