Totally excellent smoothies. Don't let the icy reception at the door fool ya, these people know what they're doing. Prices might seem high for drinks, but these drinks are genuine blended fruits, so they're way more filling and healthy than the ages-old soft drinks at fast food joints. Most of those old fountain drink machines are carrying all sorts of filth.
Last time I was here I was snapping some pictures for the review (and so I could try my hand at the Caribbean Blast at home!) and had an awkward moment 'cause I left the flash on. Thankfully the two people there didn't just stew in their suspicions and asked me outright if I was recording them, and I had to embarrassedly admit I was sneaking a picture of the smoothie to make at home (and it seemed easy enough once I'd actually watched it get made anyway, it was made of a small amount of the three fruits listed on the menu, a small shot of liquid that I think is either a food dye or some kind of fruit extract, and oat milk. Doesn't take much for a twenty ounce smoothie). They let me go with that, but I dunno, I feel like I'm just not a very trustworthy lookin' guy when I'm not all dolled up. Haven't shaved my beard in a hot minute either! It was an understandable misunderstanding! Just wish I had the stamina to laugh it off in the moment and crack a joke instead of just awkwardly and politely refuting the claim. I walk basically everywhere in town (I live here) but the town's got a lot of hills so I'm winded pretty often. Also like let's be honest, I'm a child of the internet, I know creepy picture people exist but like that's small time compared to the things I've heard and seen, so the suspicion feels especially silly to me.
I'll update this review with my photos later! Also if someone from there reads this, please correct me on the food dye / fruit extract thing if I'm wrong! I know I could probably just ask for a recipe, but unfortunately I'm still enough of a cagey guy to be like "well if I can figure it out myself within my own means, I don't have to ask a pointless question." Sometimes these things just don't...
Read moreI just had the most incredible mango smoothie at Oasis Juice Bar on Main Street—creamy, perfectly sweet, and overflowing with fresh, ripe flavor that instantly brightened my day. The staff greeted me with warm smiles, walked me through the menu, and even offered to tweak the drink to my taste—they truly make service feel personal and caring. The vibe in the cozy, sunlit space is upbeat but relaxed, with a clean and welcoming ambiance that makes you want to stay awhile. Between the top‑quality ingredients and genuinely friendly customer care, this place deserves every one of its glowing...
Read moreI finally visited Oasis and it's a GREAT smoothie/juice bar with so many healthy and customizable options like smoothies, juices, and smoothie bowls (wow!). I'd gladly go here, somewhere local, over a chain restaurant any day. I had their Caribbean Blast smoothie, a beet wellness shot, and I found out that they make in-house sea moss blends (which I've been meaning to try but didn't want to buy off Amazon). The woman behind the counter was so pleasant, as well....
