Taco Bell — Restaurant in Watertown

This taco bell has the most inconsisent hours I've ever seen. It's almost as if the employees just leave whenever they want with no regard for the posted hours. I work nights and it's on my way home from work, the last three times I attempted to come here I order on the app, wait in line at the drive thru with the other customers that assume the place should be open, and sit at the intercom for a few minutes unit a customer before me tells me they're closed or I just give up. Of the two or three times I have actually gotten a order here, I placed on the app, am told they're out of beef or whatever it is that I ordered, ask if I can cancel the order, they tell me to cancel on the app, and when I check the app it says that my order "is being made" so I can't cancel it. They tell me call their customer service to get a charge back, this has happened twice and both times I tried to call the customer service to get the money back for the food I didn't receive the person on the phone tells me to check my email in 2 to 3 weeks, I have not gotten an email either time. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went there to get chicken nuggets and ordered jalapeño honey mustard and was given ranch instead. When I went to go pay I left them with the change of $1.67 and when I realized I got the wrong sauce I asked for the original honey mustard sauce where the employee told me I would have to pay and go around the parking lot. [I told the worker I did not mind paying for the sauce] I then went back and asked for the proper sauces where the employee was arguing with me back and fourth. As a consumer and customer this is completely inappropriate as I do frequent this place. I also work in the customer service industry and find this unacceptable. Never ever again Watertown Taco Bell. If they actually do have meat on the days we decide to go or aren’t closed or have a huge pot hole to flatten a tire through the drive through then the food taste horrible. Spent way too much $ on Taco Bell for my family for every hard shell to be inedibly stale and taste burnt. the line for our bathroom right now wasn’t worth it. And 1/10 times you get someone friendly at the drive through. Other than that you feel like a bother. We will be making our own tacos in this house from now on, no thanks Taco Bell
