Burger King — Restaurant in Watsonville

Today, after getting his food over at Burger King on Main St my boss, Tye came back to work to share a heart breaking story. He hadn't eaten there in years and thought hey, that sounds good, think I will go there! He ordered the 2 for $6 burgers a coke and fries that oddly came to $11. But that wasn't the real story, after ordering his food he observed a lady come in. She seemed to look like a homeless person. She went up to the counter and after speaking to the manager was denied service. With her head bent down she turned to leave without anything. My boss asked her if she needed any food she said no, she just wanted a cup of hot water. Tye looked over at the guy and asked aren't you going to serve her? He just shrugged his shoulders. So, Tye went up to the counter ordered the water and gave it to the lady. I ask what is our society coming to? What kind of business's allow this kind of indifference? All she wanted was a cup of hot water on a cold November day. Sad. I definitely won't be patronizing this...

I stopped to get some hamburgers for my family. I ordered thinking they got the order right. Well, it wasnt. I asked for some extra condiments for the side and the manger came over and said he couldn't give me anything. He was very rude and rude to his employees. I saw the way one of his employees asked him a question while I was waiting for the rest of my food. He literally yelled at her for no reason. The employee was upset by the way he talked to her. I feel sorry for the employees working there. After she handed my drinks I started driving home. Once i got home i mentioned what happend to my partner and he told me something similar happend to the employee's at the Burger King in prunedale. That the same manager/employee who works in this Burger King works at...

They treated me Terribly and it was just a Horrible Experience.

If you have a coupon deal that is Not expired and you need to pay full price, thats only partially the issue.

The issue is the employees including the manager with a hostile tone raising their voice at you being completely rude and verbally aggressive towards you.

I was simply asking why the coupon through the BK App was available today for this Bk and I wasn't receiving my deal?

Instead they Yelled at me and said ,"ITS AT FULL PRICE", "YOU WANT IT OR NOT WE DONT HAVE ALL DAY".

After asking a simple question, they took my hunger away.

Using the BK App and getting ready to recieve a whopper but instead went there to be treated horribly and get yelled at.
